I bagged a nice six pointer the other night and while cutting it up today I cooked some ribs over the fire for a snack. A little salt and pepper was all they needed. We ate around the arrow hole.LOL.

Its always good to see You Bro! I must say, You have good taste in food and Cannabis.

Im working on a new project today: London LolliPops.

It starts off with thick top quality London Broil, cut into perfectly round medallions. They are then marinaded in Soyvay/Concentrated OJ, and smoked to perfection, then stabbed with a short thick wooden popsicle skewer, and eaten like a LolliPop

Some will be bacon wrapped

This is a favorite out to eat spot of mine Great beer selection with weekly rotating IPA's an high quality ingredients with farm raised organic meats

I love fried chicken an this is some of the best ive had ,along side sauteed spinach an sweet mash potatoes that i washed down with captain lawrence IPA

On the Bacon Wrap.... I have some Applegate uncured natural bacon. This is thin bacon. Im going to stretch it around the beef and slow smoke it. It does not need to be precooked in this instance.
PS Did I tell You lately, that I Love You Little Brother? :D
