i'd avoid using eagle 20 at all in flowering
try super low dosages of potassium phosphate (green cure) to treat pm

put that eagle on your veg and moms, foliar well, fully cover the plants, every part

Best thing to do is solve the environmental problem that is allowing the PM to grow in the first place. Up your air movement (circulation fans), lower humidity to 40-50%, and do weekly foliar sprays of protekt or similar silica supplement at 2ml per gal. Upping air movement being the most important. The silica spray will raise the ph level on the leaf surface, effectively killing the PM and preventing it from growing further. It's also good for your plants . I tried green cure (which is actually just baking soda or powder. I forget which) years ago. It worked decently, but didn't really fix the issue. Also made the buds that didn't get rinsed really well taste like shit (chalky actually). Fix your environment, and the shit just can't survive.

I'm exchanging air 2x/ min, at least, plus oscillating fans moving air around, and I haven't fired up the dehuey at my house bc humidity has been around 50% and as low as 30%. I was in denial about the pm at first bc I thought my environment was not favorable...my eagle 20 arrived this am, so mom's and veg are getting sprayed and as well as all surfaces. and I will fire up the drizair and see if I can't get the humidity even lower.

Pm In flower= Fat free milk/water 30/70 every 2-3 days till harvey.
Try not to drench the buds after the 1st application.
Ya want to try and get deep
into the buds the 1st time then maintain after that.

Most anything eles while flowering will leave taste.
I like eagle 20 once in veg and once right before flip.

Worked for me last season. .

2 cents.

ive not every had this before, in my short growing career, and am not happy about it. I've been working toward the perfect environment, spending$ on big dehueys and big exhaust fans... but in my research I've discovered that it's pretty common. I haven't introduced any be clones or anything. my arsenal is getting bigger and bigger.

I thought it was a problem that mostly affected those in the pnw and other more humid places....I was wrong:(

Yea...I hope I never have to deal with that but you will get it solved I am sure.

A couple of questions if I could.

There are pics in my thread to reference.

I was wondering how far one should place the plant from a 1k?

In general where should the top of the bulb be placed in relation to the plants?

I built these cages but the originals were too big and seemed far away from the plants so I downsized them a bit and was thinking even smaller to get closer to the bulb.

Also how much more light could I gain(using panda now) wrapping some reflectix around the walls?

Thanks!!!

You need more oscillating fans. I know it seems too simple to be the cause, but keeping PM gone is about creating an environment where it can't survive. High amounts of in room wind (fans), stable temps between 75-85 deg, and, keep your humidity between 50-70%, too high or too low creates favorable conditions for PM to grow. Haven't seen PM in many years following these basic concepts.

thanks for the tip D, I will up my circulation...I have two blowing in opposite directions on opposite sides in upper corners of the tent and the d stack, I will add 2 more to create a vortex. I'm certain I've heard dhf suggest this as well

a few more harvest shots of the wifi. these armed to be way more resistant to pm than the chem Jack I had in the tent and the white leaning phenol of wifi was a complete loss. completely dusted.

A2c, I usually make about a 5 foot circle around the bulb, start the plants about a foot away, or so the limbs of the plants are pretty close to touching each other, then, add they grow move them back. I try not to move the pots much out of the 5' circle and train branches toward the light. keep the tip of the bulb at the top or just above the tops of the plants until stretch is over, then drop it down into the circle until the actual socket is at the top of the plants and the bulb inside the donut bathing the sideways canopy you've created with light. ichabod crane, myself and others have found a second light stacked increases the yield considerably.

I'm not sure, but I think the parameter of my upper level(1000 watter) may be 6'... I'll check when lights go on

I have a12 inch can, in the donut stack room and it sounds like a jumbo jet is parked in my basement. it moves a ton of air... I was smoking a bowl down there the other night and was watching the smoke be sucked quickly to the intake ports on the flower room door from two rooms away. I'm looking for a couple of fan scrubber combos for these new rooms I'm planning. I need it to be quieter at this place as the neighbours are kind of close.

build yourself some silencers. i just line a box or plastic bin with foam and pump the air through it. between that and insulated ductwork it helps a lot. im not sure about the giant fans though. it works wonders on 6", you can barely hear them. 10-12 may just lower them down to a 6" sound level which is still good considering.

also if youre handy you can build an insulated box around the fat itself or just put the whole thing in a big rubbermade tub and line that with foam too. all stuff i had to do when i keeping everything on the DL

If its getting to loud, you can make a muffler pretty easy with sonotubes and eggcarton foam..I know about the turbines, I have 4) 12"max fans all dumping into the same lung room..I want to make mufflers but I usually have 20 other things on the list
