Help needed wilting during flowering (sticky pasted)

I am having a problem with one plant in my flowering garden where leaves are wilting and I need help in identifying the problem I attached some pictures to the plant in question.

I answered the questions as much as I can below

How long has this problem been going on? 4-5 days
Are you growing in a PVC grow tent? (example: Hydrohut or any other non brand tents) No
What system are you running? (DWC? Ebb flow? Aero? Water Farm? Flood Tables? and so on...) I water by hand every other day, I used to run an ebb and flow system but I kept getting nuts burns so for now I switched.
What STRAIN are you growing? Holy Grail Kush or Choco Kush by DNA genetics .. strains got mixed up so I now label them DNA 1 , 2 etc
What was the establishing technique? (Were the seed or clone?) Clones
What is the age of your plants? 39 days in to flowering
How long have they been in there mixture they are in now?(coco,soiless etc..) since flowering
How tall are the plants? about 2.5 feet high
What PHASE are the plants in? (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? 39 days in to flowering
What Technique are you using?
What substrate/medium are you using?(Hydroton, RockWool etc.) CoCo
What is the Water temperature? room temperature maybe a little lower
What color are your roots? White? Brown? Are your roots slimy? Cant see them
What Nutrient's are you using?(If growing soiless) Rock Nutes
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? 1.5ml/l Bloom + 1.5ml Resinator *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
How often are you feeding? (If using soiless) Every other day
How often are you giving nutrients? (If using soiless) Every other day
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? 1 week in to flowering
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect) bloom then resinator
What is the TDS/EC/PPM you are using 1.4
What is the pH of the "Tank"? 5.8
How often are you testing your pH/PPM/EC/TDS? before watering
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equipment? yes
When was your last watering? today
What is your water temps?
When was your last feeding change? (ie. grow-bloom-micro-additional)
How often do you clean your system: example: Flush out water replace with clean water and nutrients? I do not reuse excess nutes
What size bulb are you using? 2x400 + 1X600
How old is the bulbs you are using? 1 year
What is the distance to the canopy? 1 foot
What is your RH Factor(Relative Humidity)? about 30%
What is the canopy temperature? 25C
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include flucutaion range) 21-25C
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? I am using a sealed system with an AC and a CO2 burner with 2 fans that are on 24/7
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? was but moved it
Is your water HARD or SOFT? Hard
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? RO
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap?
If using RO,Distilled,mineral water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS without any additives? 250 ppm
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned off of or pinched NO
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so, What and When? NO
Are plant's infected with pest's NO

Over watering would be my first guess

Also looks like you hit the a lil hard with the nutrients as well

I thought about that but it's only in one plant out of 15 and wouldn't over watering have the leaves a bit droopy looking

What did you figure out ?? I've got the same problem but in hydro. one of my monsters is wilting like crazy 2 weeks into flowering. : (

Its not overwatering!
I gotta water plants that big atleast once a day... You could be watering it twice a day
What size container is that? #3 smartpot?
