Some of those haven't grown AT ALL. That's not pheno variation. My guess would be the roots haven't reached water level yet and they're just getting by on the little moisture the hydroton's passively wicking.
In the future it usually works better to start them in smaller pots and transplant to 5 gallons once they have a healthy root mass built up. Going straight into a 5 gallon slows growth and I'm willing to bet it caused this problem.
As far as cutting them down, that's your choice. I probably wouldn't unless they still looked like that right before the flip to flowering. As it is they are barely growing, so they're not taking up root space or nutrients. No harm in leaving them where they are and waiting to see what happens.
Might want to try hand watering the small ones from the top for a few days. See if that helps give em a bit of extra juice to stretch their roots downward.
They are looking very good good job man! The attention to detail seems to be paying off for you. That's about 10x better than my first grow. I flowered out two males by accident my first time and got 1/2 ounce of bud and some seeds from a 400w HPS >.<
