What I thought was amazing was that when I looked this up it turns out that he deliberately set his shoes and tripod on fire so he could go and pose for the photo, It wasn't the Lava that caused the fire!

The mixed up letters letter does actuially have an error in it.
Where it should say "Researcher" he didn't put an "r" at the end, I assume he forgot he wasn't trying to jumble "research" but he even got the wrong number of letters, it ends up as "researchch".
