Here's my newest round under the cheap CFLs. It's a single, Stacked Kush clone that will be LST'd a bit:

It's just 4 x 23w spiral fluorescents and a hempy bucket. Maxi Bloom for the nutes. Nothing going on yet, but it was time to start a new thread.

Thanks, man. I will only be able to veg for a few days, unfortunately, because I need to be able to harvest before I go on vacation in January. She is ready in 8 weeks but I will take her to 9.

True, but the "theme" behind this garden is to keep things easy and cheap, and to promote laziness. I have always been curious about how much neglect and corner-cutting cannabis can take, so that's what this grow is all about. I know I could hang some reflective material on the walls, and put reflectors on the CFLs, but that all sounds a little like work to me, lol. This is my way of saying "Anyone can grow bud in just about any situation."

Yep, it's cedar. Smells nice in there, and bugs don't like it. It would totally help with light if the walls were reflective, but so would having better lighting, lol.

I don't think painting the walls would make a noticeable difference to the plant. The walls are too far from the plant/bulb, imo, to make a big difference. CFL's just don't throw light as far as a HID would.

How much are you watering to start? and how much Maxi per Gallon? Just curious I wanna go hempy too and just bought dollar store blue buckets that are almost identical in size. [Gallon / Gallon and a half?]

I can't decide what to feed, although clones were cut 4 days ago and lookin happy, so I better decide quickly.

What is a lazy stoner suggestion? Not to be demeaning at all. Lazyness is often very under-rated.
