Those roots are whiter then a video game nerd who never goes outside!

Healthy as can be!
Is she easy to clone?

Cheers,

Yes! Extremely easy. Those roots are a product of the SS being in those rock wool starters for only 7-8 days. Dip-N-Gro works wonders, but the strain roots quickly anyhow.

No final numbers yet, but it will be between .7 - .8 GPW. I chopped at 71 days and I'm positive it would have rocked up a little more if I let it go to 80 days. Test results however, are in, and it reached 25.3%. Definitely happy about that since it tested 24% last run.

Thanks for checking in guys! Glad you like what I have going on. This next run promises to be killer with Mr. Nice genetics! In addition to the SS, I'll be throwing a couple GSC, Banana, and KKSC in the room for testing purposes :)

Shark Shock is busting out!

Almost forgot! The Pheno-Hunt is doing excellent! Mr. Nice Critical Mass is killing it! These are only 14 days from seed and they are hungry! CC SOG and Mosca C99 are also doing really well!

Yesterday was a busy day. Did all the cleaning, mixing, planting, and watering in one shot.

I will continue to hand water these plants for about a week, then I will switch it over to the automated multi feeds once they have successfully transplanted.

You're killing it man!! I would die for roots like that. Those are all SS right? What kind of schedule are you planning for the multi feeds? Are they in flower now or will you veg them longer? Not much room for tending.

IC OVO your skills and attention to detail really show in your results. You make it look efforless, but I know that the mundane tasks like cleaning and mixing are just honest manual labor and plain hard work. Keep it up buddy.

I'm looking forward to seeing the Critical Mass run. I might take a run at it next year if it produces good resin for hash production. Go dude go..............

Hey buddy, thanks for the nice words!

Yeah those root shots are SS. The one a couple posts back was prior to transplanting into larger rockwool cubes. The ones in the last post are a couple days later after they busted out of the larger cubes.

The picture of them planted is a little deceiving, the room is much bigger than that and the plants will not be cramped like they are now. The only reason they are stacked closely is because they are under 1 light and I am hand watering for the first week.

Once I put another light or two on, I will place them throughout the room in their final locations. With my old soilless mix, I watered 1x / day during veg, bumping it to 2x / day for a week or two before flower. I watered 2x / day for the first week or two or flower, then pump to 3x / day for almost the entire rest of the flowering cycle.

My veg schedule is as follows:
- 20 Hours of light under HPS. Starts at 1 light and I'll add 1-2 per week until the room is at half power. I generally don't veg under more than half the room's lighting capacity.
- I'll switch to 18 hours of light for the last two weeks of veg. Might add another light or two at this time depending on how they are taking it.

I appreciate your comments! I promise, I did not learn this overnight. I've had some awesome mentors and I am also meticulous, extremely organized, and clean. Its my opinion that organization and cleanliness are the most important traits that most growers overlook. I just stay on top of things and keep up with preventative maintenance.

I'm excited about the CM also! Right now they are extremely promising! I will most likely use them for breeding stock (CM x GSC) but I might run them and try to rebrand them. CM doesn't have the best reputation at clubs since its considered a "cash cropper".

Ya, that as the impression I've always had about the CM too (cash croper). But all of the grow threads I've seen were really impressive and none of the growers dissed the quality. I've never smoked it so I don't have firsthand knowledge. Sounds like a nice cross your planning. So a male CM should add yield right?

That's what I'm hoping for, I've got a one of a kind GSC cut that I would love to pump the weight up on. I've got a bunch of things, so I'm considering all sorts of crosses. Almost all the ones that I've run are heavy yielders (2lb+ per light) so getting those traits into the GSC would be my dream strain. I really only want 4-5 strains, I have a few too many right now.

- HCO GSC - Haven't run yet, testing 3 in the SS run
- Banana Kush - I've run this for the last 2 years. Heavy and crazy high tester, (1 GPW, 25%+)
- Purple Cadillac - Haven't run yet, testing 2 in the SS run
- MNS Shark Shark - Did one test run, real run going on now (Definitely 1GPW capable)
- KK Strawberry Cough - Haven't run yet, testing 1 in the SS run. Just saw my friends run of it hit 1GPW though.
- CC 818 SOG - I've ran this for 2 years and just got new seed stock of it. It reaches 1+ GPW and tests really well (25%+)
- Mosca C99 BX-1 - Haven't run yet, seedlings are looking good though
- MNS Critical Mass - Haven't run yet, seedlings are looking good though

Between runs I like to take a couple of days and fix/upgrade anything that isn't to my standards. The interior of the room was wired terribly so I tore it all apart and rerouted every single wire. Here are the results.

So far the Coco has been great. There was absolutely no transplant shock when going from the rockwool cubs into the coco mix. Instant growth! I will give them 3-5 more days before topping them and hooking them up to the auto feed system.
