boycott them bitches. boycott petroleum derived products while you are at it. boycotting is pretty powerful, it is non-violent as well as legal, gotta love it.

So, you could make an argument to boycott coco to save the lakes/rivers

While you're at it, boycott all Chinese products (you know, that great dictatorship which occupies and stages a cultural genocide in the independent nation of Tibet since 1950, that do not respect human rights any more than the United States, world champion of public executions, where a factory worker makes less than a dollar per hour, which is why the industrial world loves them). That's about 75%-80% of your materialistic life.

Sorry I missed this post until now.....i have consistently advised people to use little
if any peat moss because of its high acidity and damage to the environment....

Really I wish there was some way to convince the major Garden Companies to stop
using Peat Moss and Sphagnum Peat Moss and somehow convert to a renewable
resource like Coconut Coir fibers......Coco fibers have better Cation Exchange Properties anyway from what i gather....

Anyone know any other products which would substitute for sphagdumb peat???

:ying: kind regards from yer pal the guineapig :ying:

edit: ok i just read this whole thread and i must admit i am more confused now about Peat than when i first came here.....well i will try to sort it all out.

dont beleive anything...the earth has been here before us and will continue to be here after us...humans have very little if any effect on this planet. 90% of 'pollution' is caused by volcanoes.

co2 needs to be in the air for everything to live. who keeps saying its bad, i dunno, but it is actually an element that sustains life.

i use peat every grow, its the best shit to mix in with perlite and other mediums.

Ok will do dickhead you keep on getting your panties in a bunch being icmag thread date police :tiphat:

The only one being a dickhead here is you.

You are the buffoon bumping ancient threads with irrelevant talking points, I just pointed it out that's all.

It's probably best you spend all your time talking to members that are gone, you are quite foul and I'm sure most would rather not interact with you.
