what I don't get is that if 95% of the population gets their kids the vaccine, and then the 5% that choose not to vaccinate put their kids into school. then how would the unvaccinated kids get infected if all the other kids are immune cuz they got shots. and if the unvaccinated kid did get infected somehow, how would they transmit it to someone that has the vaccine? I'm no doctor but it seems like the only risk at stake is with their own kids getting sick not starting a pandemic.

Great question. I had the same one. So I asked a doc and here is what he said. Its about herd immuniyy. Aparently if a non vaccinated kid gets one of these diseasesit could mutate into a form that isn't covered by the vaccine and get vaccinated kids sic. Kind of like why the flue vaccine is soo ineffective. The virus mutates so quickly they don't know which strain to make the vaccine for. Also vaccines are not 100% effective so even a vaxed kid could catch something from the unvaxed kid. Also health departments and schools get xtra money for high vaccination rates.
Basically, the definition of Autism has changed, and has become much broader over the years.
Only this year, Aspergers syndrome was moved fully into the Autistic category, where previously it was just considered part of the Autistic spectrum.

HUGE-thanks for clearing that up for me, I figured it wasn't that simple. I try to live my life by the theory of, you have the right to do whatever you want, so long as it doesn't impede someone elses rights to do whatever they want. I have tried to pick holes in this theory and its really difficult[there are grey areas]. Living, breathing, being healthy is everyones right. so it seems vaccines would be a necessary, I got all of mine and I am fine. It was long long ago however. I just don't trust the government anymore so now I am all conflicted. haha given what I said above anyways. Glad I don't have any kids!
My medical insurance requires me to have a tetanus jab every five years to be covered , might want to check your small print if working in building or landscape trades.

No problem. I jusy had a kid and I have been doing a tremendous amount of research on this. I have decided to wait untill my kid is atleast 2 to start shots. I may decide to not do it at all but for now I'm just waiting till the 2 year mark. Iy seems most the damage comes from doing it too early.
Great point. Here is the dilema. I went and pulled up the stats for the rates of occurance and mortality rate for these vaccine preventable disease. If you devide the number of cases per year by the birth rate per year you get a % chance per year of an infant developing the disease. Usually these numbers are lower than the CDC stated % chance of very serius reaction. I ran the numbers for whooping cough and a few others not every vax. Pertussis is the one that the docs really warn you about. But if you look into it there were 3 deaths from pertussis in california in 2011 vs like 400, 000 births. Your kid has a better chance of being struck by lightning. But the reason your chance of getting it is low is because of herd immunity/most peiple are vaccinated.
And imagine the flip side. You take your perfectly healtjy baby in for hee 2month old dtap/hib/heb b/flu shot and she gets home, starts to develope a fever, then won't respond then starts seizing out. You call your doc and they say that's normal just give it some tylenol and go to hospital if gets worse where the proveed to do a spinal tap on your little 2 month old to figure out what's wrong. All tests come back normal then you get to try and fight witj the vers system because the shot makers have immunity from any prosicution

"Neither the marihuana user nor the drug itself can be said to constitute a danger to public safety," concluded the report's authors, led by then-Gov. Raymond Shafer of Pennsylvania. "Therefore, the Commission recommends ... [the] possession of marijuana for personal use no longer be an offense, [and that the] casual distribution of small amounts of marihuana for no remuneration, or insignificant remuneration no longer be an offense."
Despite the commission's recommendations, Nixon and Congress ignored the report. Since then, more than 13.2 million Americans have been arrested on marijuana charges, including some 735,000 in 2000 - the last year for which federal data is available.

"You're enough of a pro to know that for you to come out with something that would run counter to what Congress feels ... and what we're planning to do would make your commission just look bad as hell," Nixon warned in a May 26, 1971 conversation. In other conversations, Nixon linked marijuana to the downfall of civilized societies.

Geezzzz... I'm about to have my first child and this stuff is spooking the hell out of me. Of course I want to do the very best thing for her. Doctors I've talked to don't think there is a problem, but do even they really know what is in these vaccs? Just WHY does the world have to be so dishonest that EVERYTHING has to be such a damn quandry?
