I was wondering what the effects of not being able to grow at home anymore for licensed growers what this will mean for seed sales, compassion clubs, and everything connected to this industry. If you cant grow anymore, then why have seed banks in Canada? Will they be next to be shut down.

I see the goverment getting into the business BUT not being able to grow the plant is a major setback, I wonder what is next with these new rules?

I think Canada and these new rules is a step backwards. But, then again, I dont know everything about it.
