The cops are counting cut branches and sts left in the ground, clones that were 3 inches tall. There were only a few plants with buds. Mostly outside and the amount of finished bud in jars was like a half an ounce with 4 grams of hash. And one glass bowl with residue. Von did not incriminate himself the other guy did sohis house would not be searched.

Not sure what you mean. I did not say that a lawyer had told me anything. My reference to the number of plants comes directly from my experience of many, many years. I think that Jedi's post validates this.
I am well aware of the inflated weights and values projected by law enforcement. It is disgusting.
The bare truth is that if one is trying to produce quality medicine for themselves and a few loved ones, especially if any breeding cultivars for certain ratios of cannabinoids is involved, that is not a large number of plants.
I do get your perspective though. If one were growing soley for themseves, by themseves using established cultivars in a controlled environment, only a very few plants are needed.

Ok. Admin has set the guidelines that we must follow for donations and it will be the same for fund collection for Gypsy as I understand it.
We must start a seperate thread and I will post the name and address of the lawyer to where the donation csn be sent. It will all be safe for all concerned this way. Safe for the members who help, safe for the site which is our home and no electronic trail to the lawyer which will handle Vons case.
I will have the thread started in here and Organic soil where Von spent years building that forum to what it is today and will continnue to build in the future.

. I'm proud to belong to such a great community of people. It's nice to see a little compassion in the world once in awhile.I have learned so much in the Organic soil forum over the years from Von and MM plus many others, I consider a benjamin or two well worth the cost of tuition. Support for the cause from people you have never met! Paying it forward is the way to affect those around you. My thoughts go out to you and your family during this B.S. But we will eventually overgrow the whole thing...NS
Von and others in the organic section has raised my level of growing exponentially. "A Benjamin or two is well worth the cost of tuition," well put Northstate. I know my quality and yields have risen from direct help from Von, and that equals much more than $100. Not to mention nobody should rot in jail for a cannabis plant.

Will Von be aware of "who exactly" is donating?
Good point. Perhaps those who have sent $ can make a note of it here or in the other thread in Organics so we can keep a running tally. Up to the individual of course.
Might want to think twice about attaching a nic to the MO, especially if you have to worry about any prints on file. Little chance anything would ever come of it, but better, imo to err on the side of caution and leave little to no identifying information on the MO.

Unfortunately, it's a giant success for the people behind it. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.
