Hank's 1k SOG Coco DTW Tent

Hello everyone! Like some of you I have been lurking on IC for a while now and feel that I have read and gathered enough information to start my own thread. Inspired by Cannabeans SOG in a tent I went out and purchased a 5x5 Gorilla Grow Tent where ill be throwing a 1000 watt light and 64 plants in a 4x4 table w/ co2. I was thinking of ebb and flow at first but after reading some DTW methods I decided to go that route. Ill be using the full Canna line with some othere additives here and there. I quite dont have everything setup and am still piecing everything together. What i did just get were 36 Ultra Sonja seeds from Grindhouse through SeedBoutique.com As a little surprise they threw in 5 Med-Mans Headband and his Special Kush as a freebie. I really dont know what to expect with the US since they were pretty cheap at the time and i felt like 36 seeds is a starting place to hopefully find a suitable cut. So please ask away I know I will be through this grow. Ill post pictures and updates as they come. Thanks for checking out my grow.

fwiw, I grow nine plants per 1kw and get over 2lbs per with only 3 weeks of veg time.. Everytime!

Thanks for stopping in Canna. Yes 64 plants. Im going to have 4 plants every square foot. Im just using these 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 square pots. The pots hold just under 3 liters of coco. My veg time is going to be way short. Maybe 10 days or less. Im hoping to get about 15-20 grams per plant. Not much off of one plants but in numbers it adds up. Thanks

And if you are getting 18 pounds off 1000 watt with 3 week veg...........Lets just say i'm glad I have my work boots on. Shit just got real deep.Or did you mean per light?? each states laws are different, but from what i understand the more plants you grow the more trouble you can get into. say u get 1 pound of smoke from 64 plants and i get 1 pound from 6 plants we both get the same amount of smoke but if ever caught, who would be in greater trouble. i hear in Californian its 12 plants for personal use that your allowed to grow, not sure it that's correct. even thought i don't live in cali i try and grow by there restrictions as a peace of mind. hopefully a judge would be more easily conceivable with a smaller operation, just something to think about

I get 2lbs + per each 1kw light. I grow nine plants under each light…3 weeks veg….

Coco dtw is what I have been rocking for the last few grows and love it. Tried it all over the past 20 years and this is my fave. But I grow in 5 gal airpots 2-3 per 1k and get +-2lbs per 1k light. That's like 12-16 per plant, albiet veg is at least 2 months.

My 2 cents is that that many plants all with drippers is gonna be a lot of hassle. I can see a dozen maybe 2 dozen per light, but 64 is a shit load. I think ebb&flow would be pretty sweet with coco and lots of plants! No fucking around with tubes and drippers for every plant. I was just talking to a buddy about doing 1 gal airpots w coco in a deep ebb&flow table.

I'm ready to see this in action!

Hey guys I'm still working on this setup. At the moment I'm looking for suitable strains that would fit.
Hey medicalmj I was thinking of E&F system but I want to keep the Rez out of the tent. I'm still going with the drip method I just have to tinker with it for a little bit. Thanks
