In my RDWC grows, i used to only top the plants once. After a conversation with doneit, I decided to try a combination of topping, super cropping them and LST to see if I can keep the plants shorter and use 2 less plants per system.

After 3 days in VEG A, I topped all plants. After Day 7, I also did a 2nd topping. At day 10 in VEG A, I Super Cropped all the main tops. I also Super Cropped a plant that was not topped and saw what doneit was talking about. He told me not to top the plants and that Super Cropping will have the same result as topping without losing the main that you had to cut off. I get it now. Im still going to top on day 3 for now and on day 7 I will Super Crop instead.

Usually I would have the plants in VEG B after day 9 but because of the Super Crop and second topping, I had to keep them in VEG A for 12 Days this time. From the look at the roots and plants, I could never go past 12 days. The plants got to about 10" in height. For the future, because i will Super Crop instead of the second top, I should be able to get the plants into VEG B by 11 days max with no problem.

The plants have been in VEG B for 2 days now. Today I did some LST by bending branches. I need 11 tops from each plant to fill the SCROG. There are 112 squares and 10 plants. I should not have any problems filling all the squares by the look at the plants. The goal is to see if I can get at least 4 pounds for every 2,000 Watts, while keeping the plants no taller than 36". I currently get over 4 pounds but the plants stretch to 50" from 16" and I lose a lot of light penetration in the mids and bottoms.

Lovin' your macros. Nice work man.

Thanks! Your VEG build is really nice as well. Definitely going to use some ideas in mine.

So many people in that Bingo room and so long to get it over with. When I do play Bingo I play the video version so I just have to tap a screen instead of searching for numbers. I think it's like $15 more for 4 hours of Bingo.

Oh, the fun times in the Poker Room! Personally I like the 5/10 NL but sometimes I will go to the 1/2 NL and build up my stack to 1k and then go all in every hand blind until the money is gone. It's pretty fun. I remember I built it up to 2700 and then kept going all in blind till the money was gone but I just kept winning. When I go to Foxwood, I just try to lose all my money before I leave. Don't really matter how much I bring because I always leave with nothing. It's a lot of fun though and they comp me rooms with 3 bathrooms and a few jaccuzzi's because I have a Black Card. Do you know how much you have to lose to get a Black Card? LOL!

Oh yeah and then there's that place to eat the best duck right outside the International Room. Oh my god that duck is so good!

Oh snype :snap out of it:

Its bc of this we can never have the duck

I think I learned my lesson the last casino trip so Ive pretty much been done with the casino. When I do go back it will only be up to a few time a year with a max of 5k per trip just for fun.

I was working on a system to try and beat the casino for many years. It started with blackjack. It was easy to see why that would be a losing battle. I switched to roulette and had a good system if you have a lot of self control and a big bank roll. Its easy to make $300-$500 a day with a bank roll of 30k but after being in the casino for weeks, self control will always go out of the window. They know that. Plus you are also risking 30k to only make $500. So that was a losing battle as well.

But then I found Baccarat! And you know what? I do have a system that can beat the casino in BACCARAT. Im positive about it but it takes massive self control. The other problem is that you cant beat the casino. Seriously, THEY CHEAT! Yeah you guys heard me. They know the math and have the techknology to beat everyone. It took me hundreds of thousands of dollars to figure this out. I didnt figure it out until late last year. I wont bore you guys with my system cause its pretty complicated and theres a lot of numbers and different brackets so it can be real confusing. You also only play up to 27 hands in a 80 hand shoe. The point is that casinos use machines called Shuffle Masters. When I finally asked a pit boss how much that machine costs and he told me 25k, i knew something was up. Theres no way a machine that shuffles cards was going to cost so much unless it cheated. So I did some research and read there manuals and patents online and I found that the machines can wirelessly arange the cards in any order that it wants to. They know the systems and they set you up to lose. They know your system and set you up. It doesnt take them long to figure it out. Switching tables doesnt matter. I know it may sound crazy but read it for yourself and you will see. Even in the high limit room where they dont use Shuffle Masters, the cards come out pre shuffled by a company. They purposely stack the deck a certain way where certain number cards are stacked for a specific trained shuffle. Even in poker they cheat with shuffle masters and set people up. Europe know that the Baccarat game can be beat so the changed some of the rules that made it imposible to win. Thats pretty much how I made up my formula for the system. Without Shuffle Masters and pre arrainged shuffles, it works. But the casino will always have the upper hand.

Any day now Im going to start my F13 f2 test grow for Green Path Seeds. Ive been wanting to test some F13 for a while and here is my chance to do it. I have plenty of seed to have a chance to find something special with a day time potent high and that will be the main goal. Im hoping to find something very special in these F2's which will hold more variety because resessive traits will come out in F2's. Im most likely going to pop 32 seed and hope to get 16 females on the first test. Stay tuned for the new thread coming soon in my signature.

I harvested Motorbreath #2 the other day and smoked a gram sample last night and wasnt impressed. It had good flavor and it looks amazing but has no kick at all.

I harvested a few bottom branches of StarDawg#9 the other day and I cut a bud into small pieces and let it dry for 12 hours after it had been hanging for 4 days. I just smoked a joint and was amazed at the flavor. You can just taste that rotton chem funk and it lingers in your mouth for a while. The buds look real nice too. On top of that she does have potency to her as well! Her yield looks to be lacking but we willnsee whaen she gets the chop and is dried. She looks like she has a week to go. She has some amber trichomes and from the bottom of the plant to 3/4 way up, you cant find a white hair. She may get picked on 56 days but I will see how she looks then. Really happy about the sample though. If she is a keeper I may be able to squeeze 3 oz out of her in this style but she would take a lot of bending and supercropping for that. She doesnt look like she is for production so if she gets kept it will because she is enjoyable to have around. That was only a half gram sample and I wasnt expecting much after the Motorbreath#2.

I harvested some bottom branches of some other phenos in the tent last night and they are hanging. Some of them were broken from moving plants around the tent and some just needed to clean the plant up at the bottom to focus the plant to finishing her tops.

Within the next 7 days it looks like 3 more plants will be harvested. I will take some pictures of some of them that look like keepers now that i have some samples. I dont like taking pictures of flushing plants because they dont look as nice to the eye. The 3 plants that will be harvested are StarDawg #6, StarDawg #9 and Motorbreath #5. its pretty amazing how fast these plants are maturing. I expected 70 days on the early side and half of them will be chopped by 60 days easily. Cant complain about that.

I love pics of flushed plants Snype. I love to imagine how the bud will taste grown outdoors and flushed till the leaves are yellow and crispy.
Now thats a plant I want to smoke!

Me and Snypette went and got some lobsters today and went looking for new snowmobiles for this winter. Hopefully we get a lot of snow this year because we are sitting right in the middle of many ski mountains and love taking advantage of the winter fun. I just can't believe how scenic it is out here with so many lakes and mountains. We are currently designing a Hobbit House that we will start building inside a hill once the spring comes. We are going to have a secret basement in the house for a new grow. We are going to try and base the design on Bilbow's house from Lord of the Rings. Should be a cool project.

My pops always told me if you're gonna do something, do it right. and you snype are doing things right. the attention to detail is impressive to say the least. I hate that the allure of money has driven people to crank out loads of duff/pumpfake just to make money{the shame is that someone, somewhere is gonna inhale that duff/pumpfake}, and flooding the market with crap only brings down everyones numbers from a supply demand standpoint. I also aspire to live sustainably and get away from all the BS that Babylon makes people think they need, so it is nice to see others who share that ideology. keep on keepin on.

Just waiting for the camera to charge so I can show you guys some things going on around here. I've been on the farm for a while now and I really haven't left too much. The few times that I did leave, the environment was just so amazing. Such a difference from where I'm from. Being out here everything just seems perfect. The people out here also seem pretty friendly and helpful. Sometimes I just get high and stare off into the clouds and mountains for hours. So quiet and peaceful. It's hard to believe there's nothing to worry about. Growing in the city there were so many things to worry about all day long. It was so hard to even get rid of the trash. Now when I harvest anything, the soil and scraps just get tossed out in the farm. I've barely even had any trash to deal with. Only thing that's really going to build up is hydroton because I don't like reusing it in RDWC. Another thing being out here, getting high is so much more relaxing. Getting high in my city grows were usually filled with paranoia and looking out windows to see what was going on. Not really too much fun but now it's just so much better. There's no one to walk past your house or even see your house for that matter. No one to smell anything but so many people grow out here anyway. Having no TV or cell phone has been a lot more enjoyable than I ever thought it would be. I still remember how attached I was to these things and how much time they took from my life. The feeling of forgetting your cell phone at home and felt naked because of it. It's not like I get bored here at all because there's always some type of work that has to get done. We need 10 cords of wood to get through the winter and logs have to be split.

On another note, the only 2 plants in the tent that were harvested was Motorbreath #2 & #5 which are both not keepers. I've been smoking other pheno's from bottoms that I harvested before and smoked StarDawg #6 today. Amazing look and flavor but I don't see her as a keeper. She was one of the most productive in the tent too. She stills flowering in the tent and has dark amber but still less than 5% amber. I'm going to try and wait for 20% amber and see if she gets the right potency to stay but I just don't see it happening. Who knows, for some people this may be a keeper but when I have my freak ChemDD (BYTCH) to compare potency to, I haven't really found any keepers. Let's see if KK StarDawg can keep up with the BYTCH or if she will also be tossed. Pictures coming in about an hour.

Here are some pictures of Day 2 VEG-B under 2 x 600 Watts. These lights will get flipped to 2 x 1000 Watts in flower. They were placed in VEG-A for 12 days from rooted rockwool clone. They are really 3-5" bigger than the ruler because when they slide into VEG-B, they sink into the bigger net pots. All measurements are now reported using the new measurements of the lesser number. The goal this time was to stretch plants out instead of tucking them into the cages. In the next post I will show you Day 9 VEG-B which is the final day and then then get flipped to 12/12.

Today is the beginning of day 9 Veg-B and the last day of VEG. The lights were set to the 750 watt setting today. I tried to do this a couple of days ago and the plants couldn't handle it because the reflectors were too close and there was a lot of heat in the room. The heat is now under control from a 4" exhaust of fall night air. In the future I would like to have the lights set to the 750 Watt setting by the end of Day 6 Veg-B. The lights were 24" away for the 600 watt setting and that was perfect but for the 750 watt setting the lights are 32" above the top of the plants. I'm still trying to get used to where to put the reflectors and still keep these plants looking good as well. I usually place the reflectors at the top of the ceiling but I'm experimenting to see if I can keep these plants shorter and still get 4 pounds for every 2,000 Watts in only 10 buckets instead of 12.

Look at how I was able to spread these plants out and all plants are 13" - 15" tall because I keep spreading them outside the cages. If I wasn't doing this then the plants would be much taller and in flowering by now. Trying to spread out the branches resulted in 2 branches breaking right off of the plants. These branches are very hard to SuperCrop and LST because they are so straw-like. This is the last day of Veg-B which equals a total of 21 days in VEG. 12 days of Veg-A they got 220-330 watts of T5 and 8 days the got 2 x 600 watts of HPS and the last day they are getting 2 x 750 watts HPS. Tomorrow when they go to Day 1 Flower, they will get 2 x 1000 watts of Hortilux Super HPS.

There was a process to getting these clones so they have been through some stress and they have pre-flowers because of it but they are coming out of it now and starting to VEG. I can't wait to see how these stack up to compared to BYTCH! Time to roll up a joint for 420!

Yeah, Hortilux Super HPS is all I use for Flower. I replace them after every other crop for 12.5% light loss. I've been using them for many years and have no reason to change. Might test out a couple of Gavita's to see how they compare but that's a whole different system.
