Here is what Wikipedia says
" Nerolidol, also known as peruviol, is a naturally occurring*sesquiterpene*found in the*essential oils*of many types of plants and flowers.[1]*There are two*isomers*of nerolidol,*cis*and*trans, which differ in the geometry about the central double bond. Nerolidol is present in*neroli,*ginger, jasmine,*lavender,*tea tree,*Cannabis Sativa, and*lemon grass. The aroma of nerolidol is woody and reminiscent of fresh bark."

The chart I posted last year was from a weed site so not sure how accurate.

i think terpenoids are the most interesting component of cannabis. They are what provide the endless combination of aromas. Hopefully as legalization spreads there will be more financial incentive to study the terpene structures of strains. Then we can select for plants with lots of mycrene and humulene amongst others. Then there are thiols like mercaptan which is what gives garlic, piss, skunk spray, bad breath, poop, and a hippies arm pit its pungent odor...whats funny is there is a strain named after everyone of the examples i just listed :)
Its really cool stuff for people like me that are into nasty strains...nothing better than opening a bag and getting burning your nostrils with an intense aroma of skunky shit with berry undertones :p

I want to say a big thanks to Grey Wolf and Dr. Fischedick for putting on a great lecture today in Portland, OR on Cannabinoid and Terpenoid Profiling and Medicinal Properties. Learned a lot, and it seems the best has yet to come...
