I found this to be a bit interesting. If you've bought this product in the past 6 years then you're eligible.

Here's how to claim $45 from PepsiCo even without proof of purchase

(NaturalNews) The Naked Juice company was sued in 2011, accused of using GMO ingredients and deceptively labeling its products, "all natural." As the Organic Consumers Association explains:

According to plaintiffs, Naked Juice used soy ingredients that are genetically engineered "by design or by contamination." (Naked Juice doesn't use certified organic or verified non-GMO soy.) Naked Juice intentionally used misleading language to give consumers "the false impression that the beverage's vitamin content is due to the nutritious fruits and juices, rather than added synthetic compounds." And the PepsiCo subsidiary contained a laundry list of synthetic chemicals, including calcium pantothenate (synthetically produced from formaldehyde).

PepsiCo, of course, is the owner of Naked Juice and also the same company that bankrolled the defeat of Prop 37 in California, the "Right to Know" GMO labeling campaign.

Starting today, you may now be eligible to receive up to $45 directly from PepsiCo. Any person who claims to have purchased Naked Juice -- even if they have NO PROOF of such a purchase -- can now participate in the class action claims and receive up to a $45 check as part of the settlement.

IMPORTANT: Share this story with others to spread this news so that as many people as possible legitimately claim their portion of this settlement!

I realize $45 isn't a lot of money, especially if you've probably spent far more than that on Naked Juice since 2007, the time window covered by this class action settlement. Nevertheless, if enough people participate in this class action claim, it will not only cost PepsiCo $9 million in payouts, it will also send a powerful message that consumers are fed up with being deceived about the products they purchase.

So Natural News is officially requesting that all readers who purchased Naked Juice in the last six years file a settlement claim and get your check for up to $45 from PepsiCo.

You can file your claim at this website:
www.NakedJuiceClass.com

The direct link to the claim form is here:
http://www.nakedjuiceclass.com/FileClaim/Unk...

To file a claim, you will have to give this website your name and address. I cannot guarantee your privacy if you participate in this process, as we do not control the settlement website. Presumably, your name will be protected by the courts on this, but ya never know...

The deadline for submitting your claim is December 17, 2013.

Please join me in sharing this story everywhere so that everyone who legitimately qualifies for this settlement participates and receives compensation from Naked Juice.

Please note that according to the legal documents posted on the settlement website, Naked Juice can still jerk everyone around on this and refuse to pay your claim if they believe your claim is false. If that happens to you, please let us know here at Natural News so that we can break the story about how Naked Juice is refusing to pay settlement claims (if this occurs, that is).

Also, for the record, in no way does Natural News encourage anyone to falsely file a claim if they never actually purchased Naked Juice products. Be honest but spread the word, too, because this settlement likely affects tens of millions of people in the U.S. alone!

File your claim at:
www.NakedJuiceClass.com

I imagine if there were 5 members of your family then each might be able to enter the suit on their own 5X$45=$225.00, a good way to teach 'em a lesson for lying.......

scoundrels. I have always been curious as to the credibility/validity of organic and non-gmo certification when the scale gets so large. for instance all of the large warehouse wholesale stores that are beginning to sell more and more organic/non-gmo commodities on such a massive scale. And the gmo shite, should be labeled as different. you cannot get a patent for something unless you prove it is substantially different than the typical _______ (tomato potato soybean etc...) So if it has to be proven as different to get a patent, they should have to label it as different from natural produce. they should be proud of their mutant inventions right? Not try and claim that theyre the same product/no different than normal produce. pitiful. oh and the claim it would cost way more money to label accordingly... it would add 3 letters to the front of the word...gmo.

Everfresh Juice also recently had to pay out.

One company was selling water and flavoring, but no real juice. And another was selling harmful chemicals.

I don't drink Coke or Pepsi. Haven't in 15+ years. I don't drink Starbucks, because I don't like funding the murder of children. I should be more mindful of Nestle for the same reason. Coke is just disgusting, but they also fund the killing of women and children, and men for that matter.

Many seeds are GMO seeds. Most of my seed bank is (vegetables & flowers). Even heirloom seeds that have been planted outdoors have been suceptible to contamination over the past 10 years.

i thought they needed receipts? if receipts are required for every naked juice, and every naked juice yields you 45$ i could go through my receipts and probably get over 4500$ out of this gig.

but i wont do that.

no, it's gonna be $45 per person, no receipt required. everyone will probably be asked where they bought their juice to make sure they're somewhat legit, I've never seen the stuff up here.

That shit is good but damn 4 bucks a bottle... lol

I'd like to know where you shop? I pay from $5.99 to $12.99 a bottle.

This whole thing just Fucking Sucks! I practically live on that stuff! :moon: Back to Vita Mixer, darn! I didn't even realize it was from PepsiCo---I hate their products. I have a few empty bottles here, they appear to look pretty good for mixing nutes in; different pretty colored bottle caps and all! jpt

Soooo many things I used to drink and say "Ahhh... that was good."

After quitting processed foods for a year... haven't found a single product that's 'good' except maybe "WestSoy" unsweetened soy milk. Non gmo soy and the ingredient list is <label>"Filtered water and Organic Soybeans"</label>

Ok... there are a couple of import beers I'll drink. lol

Keep it Clean! :D

Notice it says, "up to" $45-- Most will get a dollar or less--

The award is already set @ $9 million, Pepsi is willing to give $45 per claim if the number of claims remains @ 200,00 or less. 200,000 X's $45 = $9M. that's how class action suits pay out.

and so if 9 million people make a claim then yes the amount will be $1.00 per person. that and that alone determines how much each party gets, all will get the same $ amount whatever that works out to be.
