Why no Dispensaries or Vap Lounges in MB?

So anyone know why MB has nothing, has there ever been anything.

I know there is a "compassion club" but that is just about information.

Vapor lounge? Just curious why in some major cities these are popping up...yet nothing in MB.

Won't be for long with the new laws they're over starting April Fools 2014.

been told by many lawyers over 15 years that mb is the most conservative (stone age) province there is. the bible thumpers there still believe pot is evil, shameful, and eats babies whenever it gets a chance to

think about it. i had under my amount allowed in my van, and they still think they can charge me for possession and trafficking lol. so brainless
