Black Dog LED True 960W Organic Super Lemon Haze 4'x4' Grow

I was cleaning underneath my canopy, cutting all the branches that are not receiving much light to focus the plants energy on other bud sites, and decided to give re-vegging clones from flower a try.

Anyone with experience with this please reply.

Thanks for the great info on the led's. They are very intriging option due to the less heat compared to hid. I always wondered how good the footprint was. I guess its better to space out several smaller ones than to get one big one. How good is the light penetration through the canopy compared to HID's?

In the past, clones from reveg have taken longer to root and take longer to grow because the plant has to transition itself from flowering back to veg. They do seem to start out more branchy. I usually don't like using reveg clones because of the extra time unless it is the only way to save a clone from a plant.

Looking good. I recently took clones from flowering plants and while successful, it did take a bit longer. Some of my wifi took about 20 days to root.

Week 3 Update:

I know I said in an earlier post that I will probably move onto to a different LED manufacturer when I am done with this one - yaaahhh, I probably won't. This light setup has far exceeded me expectations. The bud structures forming and the trichome production that I have on week 3, far surpasses any grow with this strain I have ever done.

Beautiful! I too have grown with a number of LED's and while I haven't used the Black Dog, it would my chosen light to start up again with. Glad to see you're having good results.

Wow! IM sooooo glad I found this thread...first off plants look beautiful!!! I was in the market for led panels and was just about ready to purchase from hydro grow. (yeah bro, them bitches
are expensive !!) But I really wanted GOOD panels! But after reading your reviews/compairisons...I really, leaning towards ths black dogs!! Soley because of the "true wattage" claim and footprint... How much did each of your panels cost???? My set-up will be in a gorilla rent...4x8 with 8 3gal pots on each side....would you think it's best to go with 4 panels under each 8 pots or 2 bigger panels under each 8 more than likely I will have 2 filters with 6" exhaust fans (for odor ) and Those should help with any hear issues) whatta ya think??? Jus wanna know if these are less expensive than the hydro grow panels

Thanks for the feedback. While I do like my current setup it is a bit overkill. I think 2 of their platinum models in your tent would do wonders. I originally went with this current setup because of the diminished footprint with all the manufacturers I have tried previously but I come to find out that Black Dogs footprints are pretty spot on! I was thinking of adding another 4x4 tent with one of their large platinum model and have no worries about canopy coverage.

When not cloning from mothers, I have almost always taken cuttings from the plants right at week 1 of flowering. I think it came from the old Mel Frank book, but I read at some point when I was first starting to learn how to grow that it was an ideal time for cutting root development after the change to a higher K nute...whether that is true or not is irrelevant - they should root fine. I have done it from full puff-balls before and while it'll take a while to re-veg, you should get a bunch of sprouts out of it - so it'll grow like you topped it even when you didn't :)
