Not had them in years, but ńow they have returned, last time I used a product which is now banned.
I can't get spinosad as due to regs over here I have to have a spraying licence to get said product.
I've used beneficial insects, perhaps I should use more ?!
They aren't taking over but I can see a marked difference in drooping leaves, not good.
I've used pyrythrins before, gonna try dust and spray, but wonder whether I should use a in between spray off neem oil preps on between or instead?

Peace :ying:

You really need to get the license you are at strong disadvantage without the spinsad. Can you use Neem or Aza. that will work but you need to spray every coulple days until all the different stages are done. even then you should be running a prevention spray unless you are closly monitoring and using benificials.

I would do whatever possible to have some spinosad on deck because it works wonders BUT since you dont have access I would spray neem pretty thick if your not deep in flowering because the neem will stick there asses to the leave and glue their wings.......use yellow stick pads or you can use hachling praying mantis which are really cool.they will catch the flyers in the air, karate kid style.

Thanks for the replies :thank you:

Success :woohoo:

I've found something similar to Spinosad over here, Harkers Harka Mectin 0.5ml to the litre, three sprays three days apart, El finito :dance013:

Till that gets here I've sprayed with pyrythrins, and dusted.
