thank you all guys!! :)

let's see the garden, at 1 month from switch!
the four top colas:

two phenos of the cross are more sativa, while the one with rounder buds looks closer to the durga.
And all crosses are showing mild nute burns at the tips. Piney fresh smell for all of them, nothing fancy.

Think I'll flush and fert once again, before going plain water till the end of nov. hopefully.
I'm planning sticking the two 15w cfl uvs in the last couple of weeks.

super nice! i think this is one of the nicest small cab grows i've ever seen. i like your approach: re-using materials, relaxed but precise and effective, thumbs up! :) just a couple of questions: what size are those pots? what was the difference in terms of temperature inside the cab with or without the reflector? ciao!

Hey NKOTS :)
that's the most sativa leaning plant. I love it, even though she's very thin... love it anyways, don't get me wrong!
It's about 22-23cm tall, I made a pic with a 33cl bottle for comparison:

that's it, it's very simple in each compartment but doesn't screw up in any, as well ;-)
*Take some time lurking in the 150W HPS thread, some setups are just ludicrous in this respect... much more efficient than mine.
Pots are 2,5 liter, and the reflector gave 3-4°C more. The HPS creates big hot spots, even a small one. So I ditched the DIY reflector and plastered the roof with reflective material.

Some pics, approaching the end of 5th week:

the durga mata is looking an awful lot like the pic on the package, has been the most N-hungry and leafy as hell... :-D

edit: I got these seeds from 1.5g bagseed sativa - Just look how many seeds that sh*t had... I think I'll go with these next round, and/or cross them with 2-3 DM I have in stock.
After scaling down the setup, I'll probably have to halt buying nice seeds altogether, given how shitty my life is going these days... lol!

last feed today 11 nov - 1ml/flo and 2ml/veg, from here is flush till the end,
three weeks approx.
(8 weeks flo end of nov. Or 9 if you count switch)

I found them floppy&sloppy these days so I pruned some yellow leaves, 6-9 per plant, and tiny shoots on the bottom, 2-3 per plant.
Haven't been manicuring for a while, no lst as well, and this may be last mainteinance till harvest :)

^ DM

and the 3 sativas, less compact and leafy:

most sativa of the group:

I should raise/have raised the durga mata, as she allows for closer lighting - sativas have been more interesting from building sweet colas...
Can't wait to mount UVs next weeks, in hopes of "shaving" a couple days off ripening

Those ladies are looking pretty happy as can be, how are you enjoying your horizontal setup as opposed to your vert?

Also have you started cloning again and if so have you changed anything tha has improved your DWC cloner?

hey killer! :) I'll make sure to post some nice closeups before/after harvest.
(edit: pic quality has been abysmal so far, not sure why :-D)

Those buds are really stacking up man  Looks killer!

thanks rosetta!!

absolutely beautiful :dance013:

Hi Nkots! :) thanks a lot, it's always a pleasure to drop by your grow too!

hi smottpoker, the vert setup was better yelding, but this one is far better manageable, and has a smaller footprint.
I'd say I prefer the vert overall, it was pretty fun to arrange plants around daily.
As for the cloner, I haven't improved anything over what you can find in my threads - also I'm not using it atm because I'm planning a little pause after this harvest.
thanks for watching :)

small update, UV is in the tent from today.

I haven't managed to find a double fixture, so there's only one @ 15W for now:

plus it's two weeks remaining approx, so let's go tanning... :)

I hope not to give up fatness TO ripening, but I'd choose the latter nonetheless probably...

there's less canopy compared to my vert setup, this pic shows!

Durga Mata (red/purple tips on bud leaves, here and there)

and one of the crosses

I got three distinct phenos, one sativa-leaning tall and lanky, this one above with pretty indica round-tops and sativaish vigour, and another one more indicaish & super frosty.
They all smell piney, but one today was smelling like shit from afar - strange scent really...

* I may have to pull the DM sooner, these ones look like they may take 9-10 weeks maybe - who knows really, but 2 out of 3 look behind for being @6 weeks now.

edit RH has been awful lately, at 26-28%... Temps instead in the 28-30°C, a-ok
