Red savina, 19 days after dropping seed in moist soil.

And the last ghost pepper that I had brought inside to let finish ripening has started to flower again.

brought all my ghost/scorp's inside for the winter... cut em back yesterday.. n harvested the remaining fruit...about 100 peppers..

still have no idea why I grow/keep growin em... they are way tooo hot to eat...

Home cooked green chili, wife is concerned that after adding two ghost peppers it will be better suited for paint stripper rather than eating! :D

Put some peppers into flats today with a heating mat. Bhut jolokia, jalapeño, habanero, and datil peppers. Gonna try these T5s out for size.

Of course, it plays part if different species are mixed, unstable hybrids are the outcome and this is exactly what you're seeing on these pictures.

Sorry to necroquote but I had to correct this as it's entirely inaccurate. Uncontrolled cross breeding results in diverse plants in the next generation. Uncontrolled crossbreeding will not cause different peppers to grow on the same mom.

Hi all, beautiful plants I must say!

Does anyone know if chilli plants repel spidermites?

Thanks :tiphat:

Not at all,... Mites don't like em as much as cannabis, basil, or other soft leaved plants. But yeah mites will go after peppers if they're there.

Finally got my tabia bali to fruit one whole season later. Most pleasing thing was that they made my sri lankan friend cringe and sweat when he ate one raw.

Also got fatali just about to go into flower, fuck they are slow growing.
