Just got 6 great Clones of a Mother Plant.

How do I keep her in Vege and continue to use her as a Mother?

Keep her under at least 18hrs of light and never flower her. If she gets root bound up the pot size. If she gets too big for your space take a bunch of cuttings and get her small then cut some root mass from the bottom about an inch and ariund the sides aabout an inch aswell.

You can use about any medium. For moms I like to use soil as it grows slower than hydro thus helping to keep her a manageable size.

Use a less intense light like low watt LEDs or CFL's. Also take it easy on the nute regime by just giving her enough to stay healthy but not enough to push big time growth... good luck man

I have had some mother plants for over 3 years. I keep them in 6" square pots with organic soil.

About every 90 days they get root pruned. Super healthy. 18/6 lighting, low wattage, I use a standard T8 shop light, some 80 watts or something.

Billgee,
Why are you being so contrary? T5 makes a good Mother light, nothing wrong with compost tea, and limiting light isn't such a bad idea. I mean you don't want to put a clone Momma under a 1000 watt MH and feed it intensively. Sheesh, did your Mother not give you enough attention?

OK, I'm going to back up a bit. If you have a clone mother who is doing service to a seriously productive sea of dreen where you are taking monthly cuttings...then you should treat her much differently then a Momma who only need to preserve genetics for a few cuttings every couple months.
