Sad situation... #1 rule in growing security... #2 rule have a back up plan he should have set some money aside with a family member for legal purposes. And it sounds like he was growing in a state that has no medical cannabis laws even and he is growing like 172 plants. People need to remember that even though we think it is OK to grow pot some states still have harsh penalties for growing... Snitches are bitches but you cannot even trust your best friends or even family when growing pot... Especially with a grow of 172 plants... Thanks for the support. My mom and me came up with 1000.00 and the lawyer said he would call and get Vonforme an ROR o'm his 100,000 bond. My brother is not doing good. I don't think he wants to spend the last 20 years of his life in jail. We can never get the money together for this lawyer. We are poor people. I am happy for him to have known people like you he should have moved out west but he wouldn't because of our mom. *********** has the worst laws for this and after reading he is going to get like 250 plus months.

I will talk to him tomorrow and then let you all know what is up.
