they're doing all kinds of crazy shit with LED lighting now .... now that they're pretty much perfected .... the useage of them is spreading like crazy cuz of the long life span ,brightness capabilities with low heat etc .....i even swapped out all my lights on & in my camper with these ... they last longer & consume less power which is great for my battery life .

evening gents .... puffin time :smoke out:

my good buddy works at a LED distributor here where i live. I have access to TONS of different LEDs if you ever need any. They create lighting strips for all kinds of stuff....even a couple music videos have had some of their stuff.....not that i watch music videos :moon: my time is spent here and watching baseball, hockey, and football....and betting on it....alot

These are gatorskins. I think they go for around the same price - or more - not sure. Thought you were this big fancy bike guy lol.

I've had plenty bikes and stolen too - I got a simple trek road hybrid for now.

But I'd like to get grippier tires looking like yours for a little light off road action - while not losing the ability to maintain a higher speed on the road.

That LED Grid shit - Shut up and take my money! I don't like bike lights.

I find that the Bubbler with two air stones works well for me. I just got to go and un-tangle the roots after they all grown around inside the bucket. A cup in the window has worked too before fore me.

alright guys....need some help. lights have been on for a bit now, and it appears as though the temps are hovering around 82. 3 passive intake vents open, and a 6" sucking through a scrubber and then out the window. how do i get these temps down a bit

I only have my window open about an inch so im thinking of opening that a little more. Also, i noticed the temp in my room has gone up a few degrees even with the exhaust running, so im thinken im trying to push too much through too little.

Thoughts, suggestions?

For real 82 isnt that bad as a max temp. If you can keep it below 85 max you should be all good. And if you can't get your temps down, try and raise your humidity. You can run higher temps with higher humidity. Actually, most strains prefer it if the rest of the conditions are right too.

..leave it to a bunch of highons to complicate something s'damned simple (at least for soft-tissued/non-woody plants).

$200 for an EZ-CLONER?

Cup of water and windowsill = $0.00

I spent $250 on mine so ha:moon:
I also spent $250 on dinner last friday too. Woop-de-do. You only live once and ya cant take your money with u. Like my dad use to say, "My last check will bounce":muahaha:

And a cup of water is fine, it doesnt take a genius to clone plants. The reasons I prefer the aero cloners are: the best rooting success rate(for me), the speed of rooting, and mostly because I can GAURENTEE I can do things with an aero cloner that you cant with any other method. For one, I can clone a 1 inch piece of stem with no leaves on it. Another example, one time my son broke off a 2 inch seedling (that only had cotyledons) at the soil line, and I threw it in the EZcloner, and voila, a massively rooted seedling that quickly surpassed its siblings when placed back into soil. So, ill keep my cloner thank you.

Also, Ive grown living organics before. Ive had my soil literally moving. And the buds were super tasty. So yes, I agree there are many many beneficial "bugs". I think what dan was talking about more, is the fact that almost all bags of soil mix contain at least fungus gnats. And personally, I hate fungus gnats. Also, a lot more work goes into growing completely "organically". Bottles are a lot easier.
And i dont think anyone is saying, "uww grody brah, bugggss!!", about microscopic or almost microscopic beneficials. But most people do find spider mites and fungus gnats pretty "grody"

Thats pretty gross to me ^^^^^^^

I just actually bought some domes for the first time. I never needed them before. I prolly dont need them now. About what RH% are you averaging right now???

and with the humidity domes, how many of those little vents should I leave open? All of them? None of them?

lol, thats funny,i had some led strips on my trailer just for a laugh but it turns out they make the bike really super visible at night so i think when i get more into long distance touring i will get a small solar panel and a small 12v battery and get that sucka pimped out!

well, you know, the bike doesnt matter half so much as the person pedaling it....

nope,i aint no fancy bike guy,im a full time cyclist, theres a difference...both my bikes a pretty solid mid range kind of bikes, not the lightest or the best component groups or top of the line anything really, but both my bike are well matched to my skill level and fitness levels, and both of them fit me pretty well with the edge going to the surly....
ihave a trek 1.2 alpha
bicicleta-trek-12-alpha-aluminium-2012-2295-MCO4789288292_082013-F.jpg

and a surly ogre by the way...

i was looking at that instead of a full suspension mountain bike since its basically a pretty simple bike aside from the enormous tires....you would be pretty screwed trying to find one of those in a small town bike shop!

Thats what the internet is for .... :bat:
lol, that and fedex! i was checking out a bunch of pics of the surly's and all the different ways people set them up.theres a pretty good number of people doing adventure biking trips now...like im sure theres lots of ways to get to places in this state just using forest service roads and the extensive network of dirt roads the state sort of maintains plus all the 4 wheeler tracks....but i also like the idea of stopping in towns and motel camping on occasion...or doing trips where you plan on staying in motels full time so just ultra lightweight gear for emergencies and aside from that either taking it super easy or really hitting it hard and fast touring, doing like insane 200 mile days....

i on occasion see an old classic bike like those retro cool schwinns for sale, one of these days im gonna buy one just as a collectors piece.....thats when you know you have the sickness when you buy a bike you never intend to ride...

I was looking at the design of the manifold for the cloners because not all of the spots get good spray. I made a few different versions and finally found one that does this :). Instead of the H pattern I made it like a z with less 280d sprayers much much better.. when I fill up with water I use my 45um bubble bag to filter out all the particles. Any that get in will clog the nozzles.

Schwinn Varsity? Youd ride it.
Thats what we all wanted in 1967. Then in 1970, we all wanted Gitane, Puegeot, Mercier. I chose the Gitane Interclub. Still Have it, and the original reciept, and the original Broschure, and Its ready to ride. 110 psi sew-ups

Racing Motocross is extremely fun. I did that for 6 years when I was young. I think I mentioned this before. I was #16 Yamaha yz125-250 class. That was probably the best time of my teenage years that's all we did was race and get high:). We had a P.A.L Motocross Track right down the street from where I grew up. The bikes they make now are a lot faster. I wish I could still do that.
