I haven't noticed cfl prices going up locally...I can still pick tthem up fer about a 1$ a bulb at walmart or homedepot. I have noticed the price of pl-l cfls on 1000bulbs though. The 55w were like 3-4$ 2 years ago and now they've about doubled in price.
