ooops I thought I had run out the BHOG looks like I mad a mistake on the 2 biggest plants LMAO.. The 20g smart pot and the 5g grow bag are both BHOG. It's very obvious wit hthe smell and the color. GG is not as green. I will get some pics to show you guys. At least I will get some pics of her.. I thought I had lost all those pics.. Im not going to keep her I have been running that cut for close to 2 years now. She is good but like I said before time to look for other keepers

glue seems to like a huge amount of root space,the 10 gallon plant i just up potted had nice roots all the way out to the edges after 3 weeks,the last 20 gallon plant was a solid mass of roots when i broke it up...

thats why i went with the black 3 1/2's this time ..... did 2's on the last round , but noticed they were big time rootbound !!!

Well I don't feel so dumb now lol. I've been having the same battle with mag. Thought it was my cal/mag so I got a new bottle. The plants I started noticing it on are now 32 days in to flower and looking much better but the new veg plants are now showing the same signs. We are all using a different nute line and having the same trouble with the same plant

thats interesting !!!! 3 of us on different nutes having the same problem ???

This one is GG. Plus GG has leaves that are wrinkled. At least I will have something to smoke sooner then I thought

This one is BHOG. Dark green leaves with a sweet smell.

What about you outcast (that name still cracks me up !!! ) you get any mag defs on GG or any others ??? how heavy do you feed your veg ???

I'm running 26ppm tap water in promix bx with 6/9 gh micro/bloom, 5mls protekt and 5 mls gh cal/mag. Veg and flower are getting the same at this point. But it's time for that to change soon. Flower is looking fine right now but wondering if I should bump the calmag a little now just for good measure?

I'm wondering if we're feeding them to little in veg , but i remember you saying you feed heavy so i dunno ....
i like to start low & build up as the plants grow & i can usually tell if they need more or less feed , but this mag def has me thrown for a loop .

i'm staying around 600ppms this round. i'll drop that down to around 450 except for pk boosters. so i'm down about 450 from normal feedings. didnt try to push this round.

veg is 500 to 750
flower starts at 750 & goes to 1k by week 4 then drops from there .

when you bump up your cal/mag you need to bring the other nutes up in the same ratio otherwise they lack the support they need from the other elements to utilize the mag properly...

it's time to start full doses of pk 13/14. When I do that I start dropping off the micro to about 1/2. But I usually use the 6/9 for a base and move up from there and back down the micro in flower. I get cal and mag def on occasion but can usually correct that with a ph adjustment

nope I never have any issues with my plants . Everything always gets the same no matter what strain im growing. So far no issues. I don't use any cal/mag most of the time. I have it when I remember about it I add some but not usually.. My ppm levels are 700-800 on 500 scale(PURE BLEND PRO). I use tea's all the time. Sometimes I spray all the plants with a low dose of revive but not normally. I use hygrozyme but ran out, I use Silica Blast also ran out lol..Some of the stuff I use is for Hydro but it works fine in a soil medium as well.

Ph is good ..... 5.7 when i mix & never goes above 6.1

well , last night feed should tell me alot . cuz i mixed it at 800 which a tad higher than i usually go , plus i filled the rez so they have a good nute bath to feed from . i am going to collect some runoff on the pots next feeding to see what that reads.

for veg Im at 400-500 at 500 scale. My PH is 6.3-6.8

May have to test it out. I like the smell of it although when it comes to smells, I love the smell of Boost. So smokey.

Maybe PBP along with Boost would be a good test...

Pure Blend Pro does smell good Thanks Third we all do a fantastic job at growing Cannabis. I use the GO bloom boost. I would not buy it again to expensive. PK 13/14 works just a s good just not Organic..

I still can't get the veg feeds right on the glue !!! they get to a certain stage & they get Mag defeciant . I'm up to 1.5 with the feeds & 4 ml per gallon of calmag plus 1tsp of epsom salt & i've foliard 3x . Damn !!!
anybody tried Botanicares Sweet Raw ? its supposed to be mag sulfate .

Ive been using something similar for a few weeks. I think it helps a little. Im not sure what its gonna do to my final product. But I actually bought it before I had any mag def problems. I bought it on the recommendation of an old organic grower in my area. He said he uses it in teas, and he claims it improves his buds' aroma and taste. But ill have to what til next run to be sure on the taste/smell difference because this run was to muffed too tell.

Its basically the same stuff as the Bontacaire I think. Only a little weaker. But like I said, I thought it helped.

You guys all are having cal mag problems huh? Man i hate that. It so ugly looking. And it super frustrating because the news leaves always look good, and then I would get all excited, but then sure enough when the new leaves got bigger they would show it too.
Im just pulling out of it now, thank God. Only thing I did to fix it was.. change EVERYTHiNG, thats all.

I'm not a science guy, but I am a guy who's very very skeptical about my fix coming in the form of "nutes" or a "bottle" of some voodoo hocus pocus juice.
