yesterday watched an hour special of Gabriel Iglesias "Fluffy", in Hawaii, very good too.

stand up comedy is really an art, most suck, but the few good ones are awesome.

Agreed on it being an art. The thing about bill burr that I find unique is that, he can pick a subject no matter how raw it is and make it funny. VERY funny.

For example watch this, wait till he talks about steve jobs, within a year of him dieing he completely rips into him and does an EXCELLENT job!

He did a bit about smoking pot these days and I was on the floor struggling to breath he was so funny!

Honestly if you cant find humor in what he says about smoking pot these days you really need a humor check.

Jim Jefferies is amazingly funny, his DVDs are top notch. They turned his stand up into a TV show (he uses a bit of his material in his show, but worth it) called "Legit" on the FX channel, season 1 done filming season 2.

Reginald D. Hunter is a funny man as well, much more calm paced jokes, great laughs.

Jimmy Carr is likely the best U.K comic I 've ever heard some regional/regional celebrity jokes but smart and funny.

Franky Boyle is an amazing scott comic, tho some people cant hear through his accent. Hugely offensive (he's in the news for it a bit) but a good comic.

All those guys DVD's are worth checking out/youtube clips of them.

check out Russell Peters, cool guy, caught a video of a show in England, all he did was mess with the audience.

caught it in a random internet channel, tried to see if I could find in it in youtube, but found only bits and pieces, not the whole thing.

LOL, Jim Jeffires.. That whole thing about getting plastic glasses in UK nightclubs because we can't be trusted with real ones, and that Britain is the only place where the word Glass is used as a verb.... Oh and the bit about going to the toilets do some coke in the gay club....
