Invest in USA

Hi guys i'm an italian boy that after many years of work was able to save some money...
Now my dream is to invest this money in legal marijuana coltivation(also just a little plot of land) in USA,my question is:is it possible for me come there for invest legally my money?
If yes in wich state?

There are only two states where mj is legal that is Washington and colorado good luck trying to grow outdoors in washington it rains most of the year and most of colorado is at elevation ive been to both of these places they both have beautiful places to live as far as obtaining a visa or whatever I dont know how to help you but I would suggest lying about your investment strategy see as mj is illegal on a federal level

Lets get things strait italy is not a third world country. You cannot speak or understand english. Nothing i said was negetive towards u. You want to do something legally move to spain. Usa is not the land we were told it was growing up plain and simple.

The first question you must ask is : DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK AND LIVE IN THE USA?

You can't just arrive in the USA without a right to work there. You can come for 90 days without any visa but after that you gotta leave.

Once you figure that out (and its very hard) then you can take next steps.

Why not look into collectives in Spain? I hear there is a nice outdoor scene there.

I don't think you understand, to get ANY job in the USA you need a GREENCARD (nothing to do with MJ )

If you don't possess this forget coming to the USA you cannot legally remain in the country for more than 3 months.

the legal markets here are going to be saturated with weed really soon. it's going to be hard to make money for someone who isn't established already

but i'm the last person you are going to hear telling you not to chase your dreams.
