You don't need that much light. You are probably okay throwing 92w at it -- but half of that will be better at seedling stage.
The instinct to want to do something is pretty great right now, but... resist the urge. Let nature take its course.
Especially at the beginning, growing is mostly a lot of... waiting.
You can't have too much light. The more light, the less they stretch, and the thicker the stems. As long as temperatures are under control, you want as much light as possible. I start seedlings under 1000 watt metal halide. In nature, seedlings start under the sun. Recommending less light is just wrong.
