i dont think there are any potency limits... don't think so...
once again, i posted links to ALL the new & old rules finalized in PDF form, one for med and one for rec, youcan read the rules there, i suggest DLing the PDF's and making ur way thru them, it's actually fast reading if you get into the groove of the legal-speak.
if i remember correctly tho, they did change the 70% 30% ratio... meaning formerly a dispensary had to have grown at least 70 % of the flowers on their shelves, and only 30 % could be sourced (purchased ) from other dispensaries only. I believe (IIRC) that this rule changes so that now rec. shops will be able to purchase from other rec shop, potentially 100% of product could be sourced from other liscensed outfits...

i suggest keeping med cards up to date... just to be safe, especially if you plan on growing, having a redcard provides you the utmost protection under the law to use AND produce your own cannabis.

Yeah, you only have a 15% excise tax.

Colorado state legislators are holding three days of hearings this week to finalize the number of flaming hoops through which would-be marijuana retailers will have to jump in order to open up shop in the state. Regardless of what requirements the legislature settles on, this much we already know: starting your own pot business in Colorado will cost a small fortune.
“Would-be entrepreneurs will be charged up to $5,000 just to apply to be in the recreational pot business,” writes the AP’s Kristen Wyatt, “and operational licenses run $3,750 to $14,000 under the proposed rules.”

Feel free to spend your money on a A64 operational license :tiphat:

on a lighter note...
hows everyone's outdoor going after the cold snap? who's not yet cut im curious... and measures being taken to prolong if needed.

Hope the price doesn't dip that low, though it would be nice to try and save a little $ when I want to wet my palette with something I don't have access too normally.

I was reading this thing online today about MzJill and they wrote:

"We put the clone through our normal quarantine routine. After the clone was clean, it was transplanted into a larger pot filled with Subcool’s Super Soil and placed into the general veg room."

Do any of you guys have tips as far as quarantine and treating new clones? We've battled some pests that destroyed a lot of my last bay purchase, transfered from 1 house to the next.... and I never want to compromise my stuff like that again.

One of my buddies enclosed his outdoor with a make shift green house next to his house, supplemented with lighting. He was saying with the rain and cold it looked like the plants were a couple weeks behind where they should have been.

Be good folks :blowbubbles:

I have in the past taken a clone and put it under a separate light in a closet or under a desk,....

the point of quarantine is to keep the potentially infected plant away from your known clean grow.

avi- you hear how that cold snap turned out in vancouver island bc?

some eerie winds, reaping life at random in the eye of the storm.

checking the weather is only so useful. climate happens i just hope to react to the result.

a twitch. around here it's the mildew blooming everywhere. woop
