What are the best Coco nutriens..?

Gday fellow Coco growers i was just seeing what u guys think is the best nutrients for Coco so u don't get build up or lock out any advise would be great, thanks guys happy growing...

The best coco nutrients besides coco itself (carbon source) in my opinion are a bit of the gypsum, lime and composted steer manure. Add a 1/10 cf rock dust, per cf, mix that with a bit of topsoil and or leaf mold compost and perhaps some hulls and neem? Or other source of nitrogen. That's a good coco feed.

Any good nutrient line will work in coco. I have used Canna which is fine, but not cheap and requires mixing two parts together. After using up all my Canna nutes, I switched to Maxibloom, which is cheaper and simpler, and also works fine. Rhizotonic by Canna is great for the roots, and Boost by Canna is a growth stimulator. Either of these can be used with Maxibloom also and other nutrient lines.

I'm sorry that I didn't just give the rank and file, section appropriate reply. This nute line and that. Thought someone may appreciate diverse answers to do their own side by sides. Better take that back to bumbleville midlanowhere I guess

Any like will work in coco

Although I believe Canna ranks #1. I've used it in the past and the only reason I don't still is because I have to order it online and they really give it to ya on shipping

#2 would be House n Garden. I use their cocos a & b with great results

Just remember, less is more in coco, ya don't really need an Entire line of anything

It seems to me a lot of people love canna nutes, but I have used botanicare 3 part plus cal mag and have had great results. Liquid karma is good stuff. Im thinking of going to the KISS method next time around with some liquid karma and cal mag.

You can do amazing things with canna base nutes and their rhizotonic, cannazym and any "bloom booster" from any line

Like I said, any line will work though

I've been through AN, botanicare (pbp & cns), canna,GH, maxibloom (kiss), H&G and prolly others I can't remember

Been using hg cocos base with magical and roots excel in veg and only adding hydroplex in flower for quite awhile. Very basic feed schedule

Bottom line is find what works for you and stick to it

Hey man, ehydroponics.com has free shipping on Canna and crazy low prices on the stuff. Free shipping on Advanced and H&G too.

I am also of the mind that Canna Coco A+B is the best performing coco nutrient, but only for vegetative growth. In flowering I find their system to lack PK+Mag and that the feed guide suggests too much N+Cal from the base. I get better results cutting back on the A+B and including supplements and additives to fill in those gaps.

CNS17 from Botanicare is probably the best introductory nutrient program. The Grow, Bloom, Ripe system are all one-part nutrients and the feed guide is spot on. The Ripe is an especially useful product at 1-5-4 and no calcium with 1.5% magnesium and only $10-$12 a quart. These products are kind of "goopy" as they have all the elements in a chelate suspension to keep them from reacting with one another but once mixed into the reservoir I haven't had any issues with the stuff.

I have used a lot of stuff in coco. Advanced Nutrients Sensi Bloom, General Organics, organic mixed with compost tea, Organicare Pure, Fox Farms, and a few others but nothing has out performed Canna or been easier than CNS17. For my next round I am debating between the complete Cyco Platinum line, NutriField's newish coco specific nutes, Botanicare Kind 3-part, Metrop-1, West Coast Organics, or Emerald Triangle's Deep Fusion GMB... I have them all just sitting on my shelf at home and don't know what I want to play with yet.

I like canna the best . I've been through quite a few & all worked good more or less , but canna ... even though a little expensive ... gives me the best taste & produces great buds consistantly .

I have very low mineral content tap water and with Maxibloom was getting a magnesium deficiency. I've access to fine grained weathered dolomite, and once I started mixing a small amount in with the coir the plants do just fine.

heavy 16,aptus,sea green, caps tea is giving me pretty sick results...avoiding lockout n such is really more about your technique, checking run off and making adjustments, doing low nute flushes, avoid overfeeding and keep notes on what works well, personally i wouldnt grow without top shelf nutes, cannas what i would use if not using heavy, keep it simple

Habeeb, don't ya know it's not about the feel it's about the nutrient schedule? We really don't appreciate that your not just a sock puppet for a fertilizer company... I Kid

But seriously

Of all the testimonials I read on the web, the most enthusiastic ones were written by a human ure grower, yes a grower who most entirely ardent for planting in composted human manure. They also top dressed with raw horse manure and lived off the grid most the time. I think they even used some coconut in the mix too. In one form or another
