Theyr getting some huge leafs buddy, hope they pack up in the flower department, that looks like a really dense nugget strain, is it supposed to be a fast outdoor strain, if not mold can be a pain in the arss, but i know that you must have that figured out, the gurlls look awesome, really lush and vigorous plants!!

DEFOL? LST?

defol=defoliate
removing some of the leaves so that the buds get more direct light and airflow, reducing the chance of mold/rot setting in and sometimes producing denser buds.

Some people will just defoliate outer leaves to increase penetration. Some will pull off almost all he leaves as flowering is in its last few weeks.

LST: Low stress training.
poster is probably talking about tying down the branches to spread out the plant and improve airflow/light penetration. Tricky stage for it, as you're quite a ways through flowering, and you wouldn't really want branches to snap at this point, risking diseases entering the plant stems and ruining your plants only weeks before harvest.

I'm not sure I agree with either suggestion, but that's what the poster probably was talking about.

Your plants are looking great! They seem to be loving the environment, but your nights must be getting nice and cold for those leaves to get all purple on you. Those Texas bred ladies seem to be loving the high mountain experience.

I know I'm appreciating the views. What a great shot of the mountain.

A cannabis plant has a hard life here in this mountain climate. We had some early September snowfall which bend the branches of the plants at spot1 almost to breaking point. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed with some binding rope, but far from optimal of course. Luckily last week the weather changed back to almost summer and they got some much needed sunshine again. Considering all, the plants are still doing pretty okay though. 50% is about 2 weeks from harvest, the rest will still need a little bit more time. I hope this good weather will hold for at least another month and that the snow will now stay away till early November. The night temperatures are still above freezing, but also not optimal. Here are some pictures again for your viewing pleasure.

Beautiful plants! Gorgeous colors. We too have been alternating between winter and summer here in Montana.
