Since the Carruthers court of appeals case extracts of any kind are illegal in Michigan.

No extractions are covered by section 4. Anything not covered is a felony. The are several legal defense funds started for mr Carruthers (Earl) Michigan supreme court case

You know you just have to really, really read this shit. If it's not 100% legal, then it's probably not legal. You have to cover your ass because no one else will.

Unfortunately many judges and prosecutors don't believe anything is legal. The COA will agree and if you have the coin to go to the supreme court you probably will prevail but if you don't have the 100K you're going plea bargain and screwed.

Welcome to Michigan, where we don't give a fuck what the people want.

Thanks for the input. It looks as if things are up on the upslide of becoming legal for concentrates in Michigan. As of now they are not legal. However there are a few realists on the board that are getting some sense sent to the rest about the whole thing. I am hoping soon we will see full legal use in MI.

Up side ??? The SC refused to hear the Carruthers Case. The concentrate law is stopped in Lansing.

Please show me the up-side

Senate leader throws support behind pot dispensaries, edibles.
The top lawmaker in the state Senate says he’s now on board with legislation to allow medical marijuana dispensaries in Michigan.

Senate Majority Leader Randy Richardville, R-Monroe, is now also embracing a bill that would allow state-certified patients to use edible and other non-smokable forms of marijuana.http://wcmu.org/news/?p=7556

Would that be the same Randy Richardville who just took a sizable bribe from our community?
Or should I say campaign contributions from ...CSG, ASA, SMC, CPU, NPRA, Ann Arbor med cannabis club???

The money should have gone to his opponent...

The up side to this is the fact that we now have a Dr from Kzoo on the board with the state named Dr Crocker and he is very determined to make the oblivious people in Lansing realize that oil is not going to be able to be made illegal for much longer especially in med states. I think you will start to see that many people simply will not accept the fact that oil is not available for children with seizures and such. So I am sorry if you do not see the up side to everything but I stay as positive as possible and I am putting a lot of time, efforts, and money into getting awareness out there. :dance013:

Doc Crocker is a good enough guy, but what pays his bills?
Politicians know how well oil works and do not care.
None of us accept their rules already.
Stay positive all u like it still is a broken law with zero legal certainty.
Where u been spendin this time n money? Lansing? Why should we pay parasites who already feed on us?
