Here is my lone Bubba. Hit it with some Mango Haze pollen.

This is Day 40.

Here's my five. Three are fairly uniform, one has more rounded leaves so far, and one runt that needed some help cracking its shell. That's fine, because i can't help but love a runt.

My 2 Bubbas that sprouted are both mutants. One has a deformation down one half of the plant and the other took about a week to grow any reall leaves after the cotyledons opened. Not anoyed or anything, as these will still be killer smoke I'm sure, but thought I should let you know.

Hopefully they grow out of their mutations but even if they don't they'll be getting a sprinkeling of pollen from a few different males for some yummy crosses :)

45 king that plant looks great! they tend to look ready at 45-50 days but i would let it go 55-60 for best smoking. that should smoke really well!

CN, shame you didnt get better results with the bubba, ive only had one other report of bad germination from hundreds of packs sold. hope the two you get are decent!

look forward to seeing the pics edro!

Some bubba profiles

Some bubba profiles

All of them seem to be doing very well, perhaps a little slow in the seedling to vegetative stage but once i got the CMH built and running they have really picked up (Along with eveything else).

They havent been getting much, a weak alfalfa extract about a week ago and daily protekt - 7ml/ 5gal. All beginning to show sex.

Group shot #1-2-3-4

All in all kinda surprised in the amount of variation from these so far, i was expecting uniform plants similar to #2. Hopefully i will get some different flower phenos also.

Apologies if the pics were too much.

Looking awesome man.
Pics are never too much lol. I like how you presented all the phenos from 2 sides.
And the group shot is awesome. I hope you post pics like that of the different stages of flowering.
You know I was looking at this Bubba leaf from VG, when I draw it.
No kidings :p

Thanks for the kind words g0vnaa, Ill try to keep up on the shots in flower. I like to run seeds naturally the first round - no topping or training, but also try to let the reach full sexual maturity before flower. I'm not going to be able to do both of those with #1 so its headed in to the flower room. Quite interested in seeing how tall its going to get.

Yeah, its the 'boy'. The other three have shown as females, but this one seems to be stubborn. What i can see is tiny and cant quite tell. Looks like crab claws, but i've been tricked before for sure.

Anyways, cuts taken and #1 headed into flower.

hey moe, im glad you're enjoying the bubbas. those leaves on the seed plants are quite something as they veg up.
i'd say that bubba is at best average on rooting times, possibly on the slower side of average.. but not that bad.
good luck, enjoy the smoke, i find bubba just about the most satisfying smoke of them all :)

i guess they wont be quite ready to smoke by christmas but possibly new year?
