you know, Rumbles (and Noydie, that other old feller) here's a horror story related to the picture above ... sorta. really it's old feller me having a bit of a brag.

but anyway ... I had a kidney out the other day (as you sometimes do) and the hospital staff told me what fine condition I was in. in on saturday and out on wednesday. got a date with a nurse too. 46 she is ... but I digress.

the down side is that I had to have a catheter fitted until Monday and so I 'm sleeping with this clear bag filled with chicken noodle soup strapped to my leg. and I gets an ERECTION! fuck this is painful and causes a rush outside to drain the pee.

anyway thought I 'd more than that to tell you ... but you can now tell my story has nothing to do with the picture above except very generally. and thanks Rumbles for presenting the opportunity. as you say there are strange parking places everywhere.

(and where's bOOm, anyone? are ya sick bOOm? saw yer on line the other morning but yez didn't post.)

Heya guys an gals, thanks for the concern brother Sat X RB, I haven't been very far away in fact I haven't been away at all just watching an reading, I have been on a frigging rollercoaster of an emotional kind due to giving up the tobacco after 25 something years an hence because of that I haven't felt like posting, probably just would of ranted and raved and ended up on the BAN list I reckon
Also I'm still in fracking shock that this once great nation of ours voted in a FrackStick like abbott.
Mate of mine summed it up perfectly the other day whilst talking about that shite, his response was "Australia time to assume the position and pray for spit"
We won't get any spit, these bastards are going to dry hump us all back to the stone ages.
I see the lack of tobacco is still coming out

bOOm ... Mate ... my cancer was caused by smoking! imagine that: smoke goes in yr lungs and makes cancer happen in yr kidney tubes. so suddenly no smoking for me either.

luckily I was in bed and still effected by anaesthetic when the worst of the withdrawals hit. they just seemed like a wierd (but somewhat foul-tempered) dream I had somewhere along the way ... all gone when I got out.

but we're creatures of habit and it's difficult sometimes to do the old things without the habit raising it's head once more. and that smell thing Noydie mentioned: smells are in the primitive brain ... in our reptile brain. we smell something once and it sticks for life!

look, re politics. fuck Abbott and the Conservatives ... fuck Rudd and the team of equally conservatives there too! it's all I Ching ... sometimes white, sometimes black ... and the cycle goes on, and on and on and on an ..... what's that bad fucking smell?

I 've had a bad day AND a good day today.

it was bad because I craved nicotine (a number of times)

BUT

it was good because catheter's out and my erection came back (a number of times).
