Quick update on the trip to the emergency room. While I laid there with 3 different iv's going in my arm at the same time some woman walked in when my wife had gone home to feed the cats. She did not introduce herself, just walked in and slapped a vinyl folder on the desk next to the bed and said " so how much money are you going to give me today"? !

I asked who she was and she still didn't say anything just, "you have an $8,000 bill, how much of that are you going to pay as you have a large deductible on your insurance". I said why don't we wait and let insurance figure it out as you can't be serious about a catscan costing by itself $7,000.00 and antibiotics for $1100.00 can you? She said well this is what it costs buddy can you give me $2500 today?

I pointed to the scar where I had open heart surgery ( opened like a lobster tail ) a few years ago and said "you're giving me heart palpitations" to which she said "ok I'll leave now but you better take care of this when you get the bill from insurance" and I said I sure will.

In todays mail, the "re-priced" amount from united healthcare...........drumroll please.........1st the hospital sent united a bill for nearly $14,000.00 !

United repriced the whole shooting match at $763.00

some examples
7k for a catskan? NO! Repriced at $375.
1100. for antibiotics? HELL NO! Repriced at $57.00

I'll send them a check in tomorrow mail for $763.00 marked paid in full

Couoldnt sleep last night..........
I was excited to try my outdoor Critical+. I took some flarf off the bottoms at week 7, four days ago. I broke some up fine and left it on top of my cable box over night to dry. This morning it was perfect. The smoke is really potent. Im totally ready for bed again.
I had to smoke this small joint in 2 sessions. Its tasty and alot stronger than the indoor C+ Ive grown over the years. Same cut too.

Good job man, I've gone through this bullshit more than once with the hospital. Had a couple seizures a few years ago and was in the hospital for a whole day, by the time I got the bill it was $11,500. I think we ended up settling the whole thing for about $1800. Greedy bastards.
