It seems like the producers originally planned this episode as last season's finale, ending with Walt headed off into the sunset to start his new identity. I would bet that with the tremendous success of last season, they decided to cash in with the split season idea and add a couple more episodes. Jesse being put into white slavery to work at the superlab was a cool twist rather than killing him off. Hope he's the last one standing...

its really crazy i remember wen season 1 started... now were 2 episodes away from the end of season 5... its been a long time.. and i remember wen i saw the first few episodes.. and i said to myself.. this is going to be one hell of a show if it speeds up a little.. the first season was a little ehhh slow.. but after that its been a great show... now thats Sons of Anarchy is back.. there are a few shows that are actually worth watching on tv.

walts a badass.. but he deff doesnt think before he does.. he shouldnt run his mouth the way he does.. hes going to get himself busted.. i hope not.. but they say its going to be an upsetting ending..

I was kind of disgusted at Walt giving up most of his money to try and save Hank. But he redeemed himself a little by telling his wife off. Question is.. What did his wife tell Hanks wife and the police. And who has the dvd.? I knew they wasn't going to kill Jesse until after the cook, maybe...Walt..time to call Saul for a new identity.

The series is going to end with an enormous let down, no fun. Ozymandias was a total let down and most disappointing episode of BB. I sped through it and lost interests. I will watch it to the end but only because I have come this far with the series not because its good and intriguing, the writers threw that all away.

Its too bad the writers of BB can't give the fans what they want. Its turning into a bag of emotional diarrhea and will end with a big giant downer, nothing to talk about with amusement and intrigue. Too bad because the writers had the fans right where they wanted them. It's like the writers said to themselves, lets leave the fans a really bad taste, lets really fuk the fans of BB!

Don`t know what you are talking about man :D
Ozymandias was one of the best episodes of the show...

What about how he had all those people in prison killed? He didnt even know them. Did they get a chance from walt before they died? No. They were a liability and they got whacked. It was business first. Money cant come before the life of another. Walt wasnt helping anyone there but his business. He already had millions. Going to prison as a threat doesnt make it okay to kill whomever could put you there. Doesnt matter what the situation. We cant find excuses to poison children or wack people. In my eyes the only people who do that, are pieces of shit! Look how he spoke to his wife? How he treated his family? He is like a combination of gus and himself now. Ruthless, hardened and willng to shed blood even if its harming children for his families capability to have more millions than they can spend? He became addicted to building the empire and being the top. "Say my name" he did that because he likes running shit. Not because hes a good person trying to help. He wants to be a kingpin and have everyone follow him whether the path is bloody. I dont dig his vibe anymore. Seasons 1-4 i did.

They died because they chose to turn under the pressure created by Gus's network coming down around them, they didn't hide their money well enough and couldn't weather the storm, those who choose the path of the rat inevitably face the fate of the rat.

"Mike, you know I don't wanna say nothing, but they took all my money, all of it... what do I do man?"

Sounds like a man who is about to make a deal to me.

So all of them were rats? And if someone kills a rat who didnt even directly rat on them does that make it okay? I dunno man....i agree snitches get stitches but gutted like fish in prison for nothing directly related to any incidents with him? I know why he did it. But he did it to make the business wide open with no leftover concerns. He could make his money worry free, at the cost of so many lives. He is dark man.

If someones poses the idea of ratting and then doesnt that does not make them a rat that should die. They had been in there standing tall. They deserved compensation for that.

Threatening to rat is admitting that you will rat when the circumstances are right, they became a risk the moment they admitted there was the possibility that they would cooperate, Walt is a specialist in risk management, with all the risk of his family to balance out, so many potential rats was just too much to try and control, he could have either given himself up, or killed those men, those were his choices given the state of his resources at the time, if it had happened at another time it may have gone down differently.

If I was Hank, I would have just let it all go, since Walt made his money and was out.
Why destroy your wifes sisters life?
Why was Skylars sister, Hanks wife, trying to destroy her sisters husband and life?
Skylar should have protected her kid!!!!!!! FROM HER SISTER!!!!!!
Why she would allow her sister to fuck up her sons mind like that knowing how hard his life already is, all crippled and shit. Stand up for your family Skylar!
Skylar, is just like Walt, in that she was driven off of situation ethics.
No right or wrong. Only what suites them at that perticular moment.
Driven back and forth by every force that pulls and pushes them.
I bet there are people in prison or ex-cons that relate with Walt on an intense level.
In the fact that, if this didnt happen, I wouldnt of had to do this or that. Or if this or that person hadnt done this or that , then I wouldnt of had to do this.
Its a washing machine of strategic choices one is forced to make.
Why is the government allowed to freely drop bombs on anyone they choose under situation ethics, but us citizens are not. We will go to jail if we are forced to murder. But if the U.S.A does it, its good, and they are heros and shit.
I think we the people should put the federal government on trial for murder!

Oh....
and I think Walt was a great guy. He only murdered people he was forced too.
He took risks, of life in prison, to protect and serve the ones he loved.
He crossed a moral line to kill those who crossed a moral line.
To me Walt is an American hero. Jessie friggin' James man.
