i couldnt imagine a lamb chop or a steak without it,
i add it to my spaghetti bologna and curry too ,
must be holbrooks or lea and perin ..

I need to look into buying it by the gallon like I do tobasco. tired of running out. them bottles go so quick .their white wine seasoning for chicken aint bad either but I haven't seen it in ages

Yeah, I loved their white wine sauce too. Was great on white meats like chicken and fish. I think they stopped making it though...besides myself, I never saw anybody use it, never saw it provided by restaurants, etc.

First off, If you can turn it inside out something is seriously wrong.
Second, if you get anything out of it that even remotely could resemble a pit, you best take your ass to a doctor because something in there is seriously infected, YUCK!!!
Disturbing!!

^just poor worcestershire on it.

this s what they say is in it : Vinegar (from Barley), Spirit Vinegar, Molasses, Sugar, Salt, Anchovies (Fish), Tamarind Extract, Onions, Garlic, Spice, Flavourings.s
also it takes 18 months to ferment !

I am gonna check and send em an email. ya that stuff was hard to find always. only one store had it.leaperrins.com edit they got it still on their site. time to order some from them. edit again . cant order direct from em . found a gallon for 27.50 on amazon

Damn....a freakin gallon...I might have to end up putting that in my last will and testament.

I love the steak sauce.........an old biker told me of it when I lived in Florida. He used it on gator tail when he cooked it.

And here I is with a bunch of tomato juice and no V. I even got some celery salt. And celery, and with leaves too. Just missin the V.
