Hello evryone i want to build a grow room 1x1x2 and i will put:

1) growzilla reflector http://www.growmarket.gr/electrical-equipment/reflectors/growzilla-doble-reflector.html

2) 2x 400w sylvania lamps http://www.growmarket.gr/electrical-equipment/lamps/hps/sylvania-grolux-400w.html

3) exaust fan with carbon filter (in a box for noise problems) 1500m3 but i will slow down the power.. http://www.growmarket.gr/climate-co...ion-with-box/nicotra-με-κουτι-1500m³-set.html

4) 2 axial fans so they push the air in the grow room http://www.growmarket.gr/climate-control/ventilation/budget-fans/axial-fan-125mm-185-m3-h.html

5) mylar evrywere...and extreamly method of cool tube i upload the picture of the plan i find it here in icmag..

i use soil and my question is how many trees i can put inside the grow box normaly or with scrog.....thanks.....

In a 1x1x2 area 2 400w is a bit much. Imo. I think you need one 400w and two plants that have vegged two-three weeks. Just what i think.

If 1x1x2 is 1m x 1m x 2m then, you should use a 400w.
Using 800w in a 3x3 area would be useless, a waste of money and hard as hell to cool.

I wouldn't buy a box to reduce noise either.
I would buy insulated ducting instead with a speed meter, an over sized exhaust fan and i would turn the speed down a bit.
It really doesn't make that much noise when you speed it down.

Just do some research on what you wanna buy before tho.
I made that mistake and bought the noisiest fan on the market just to save 30$.

Anyway, in a 3x3 area you could easily grow 4 plants normally.

i though that if i grow in a small grow box with a lot of wats and control the heat is better than a biger grow box

I got a buddy that runs 3x3 tents 600 watt hps and runs 36 6x6x6 square pots, veg for 10 days and flips to flower and gets at least a half oz per plant depending on strain. if your space is 3x3 feet grab a 600 watt light air cooled hood, and a 400 cfm fan and speed controller. you can put whatever light you want in it, the more light bigger yield, your only prob is heat. you never want to go more smaller lights bigger lights for more space. a 400 watt hps puts out 50000 lumens, 600 watt 90000 lumens and 1000 watt 150000 lumens so if you put 2 400 watt together you still only get 50000 lumens just more evenly distributed. so grab at least a 600 watt light, use hortilux or digilux bulbs they are the best.

bigger grow box the better, you can fit more, we run 134 on 4x8 flood and drain table with 2k, about to start another 4x8. tons of small plants is were its at if you want to maximize your yield. light depreciates with every inch away from the bulb so growing big plants makes your lower buds not nearly as big. we flower after rooting and getting to full strength nutes, usually 10-14 days.

All it does is distribute the light better.
2x 50000 lumen bulb stays what it is, 2x 50000 lumen.
It doesn't add up to 100000.

Unless you're actually talking about a 1ft x 1ft x 2ft box then you should use a 150w.

Because your bulbs can only output 50000 lumens no matter how many you have.

You could have 1 million 50000 lumens bulbs running and it would still be 50000 lumens.

All it would do is distribute the light better.
It doesn't magically adds up.

The only way to produce more lumens is by using higher wattage bulbs.

for veg yea, but for flower its the difference of 7 grams per plant or 10 grams per. the more light you have the bigger the buds. why do you think outdoor buds are so huge, the sun it way stronger than any bulb. the more intense the light the more you grow. I veg under 600 watt mh, and everyone I know that uses cfl's there mothers and veg plants are nowhere near as sturdy or big as mine with same strain. I veg for 2 weeks and get 1-1.5 oz per under 1k and my friends, same strain, under 600 watts gets 1.5 and veg for 5 weeks and plants are bigger. its like food, the more you can eat the fatter you can get.

conformist is right, it just distributes it better. if you wanna go 2 400w build some shelves and get cool tubes and do some donuts. looks up in the vertical and coliseum section, you will get lost for days.
