I live on the coast but only 45 mins from SFValley, and have a few of the clone only OGs ( Tahoe,SFV and Deadhead) I've also sampled a few of these so called OG's and OG X's. Dont kid yourself. You're not getting a true representation of the clones. Do yourself a favor and take a roadie to CA and source the real deal.

I'm curious how the SFV OG kush could have been used in such crosses as Pisces Genetics' MotorBreath (Chem D x SFV OG Kush).

Perhaps it was a backcross used as a male, just like what Karma Genetics did with his D Kush.

I reversed the SFV and slapped her on my Sour Bubble keeper. I got a few hundred seeds or so. I have 14 of those in 5 gallon pots getting ready to be flipped. So far so good, the plants look exactly like sour bubble plants, I haven't seen any of my sour bubble crosses be this sour bubble dominant yet. The hollow stalk trait carried over on all 14, these are the most similar female seeds I have cracked yet, I expect everything to be pretty stable as far as outcome. As of now at 30" they are all identical. The goal was to get some OG flavor on a sour bubble nug structure and plant structure, only time will tell

GS, you're right, OGK is clone only. Reversing the cut would still produce all fems, right?

Several years ago, 2 ICM members each made their own OGK seeds, an OGK bx1 and an OGK IBL for the Server Fund. I don't have the specific details of each cross, but I don't believe either cross used herm pollen, otherwise the offspring would all be s1. That would result in Happy Valley producing all fems, which it doesn't. Logic would say a true breeding male would have to have been used in order to get regular male/female offspring. Hindu Kush maybe??

I know a fellow had several 1000 femmed cheese seeds planted in the Morocco. It resulted in 1/3 males. Not herms, but males. Hmmmmm. Peace GS

elkie, I have a male SFV OG and one female going from a ten pack of SFV OG Bxed from Cali. Connection! They look great so far here in Nor Cali. leaves are crazy big..I mean huge leaves! Smell..great too! No hermies here! Just straight up goodness! I have another pack to look threw yet. I will be making seeds. I will also be hitting with this male polen one of Osgers Kush from awhile back! Out of five of those seeds..one came up and it is a winner! Very nice plant! Needs some polen! Lol..
