I think in the end it will be Walt poisoning Jesse with the ricin. Ricin doesn't act quickly so Jesse will know he's been poisoned and be able to act before he succumbs. He'll find Walt, kill him, then die. Fin.
The kid wasn't poisoned with the ricin ciggie He was poisoned with Lily of the Valley, from Walts garden. As soon as they said "Lily of the Valley", I knew it was Walt, because of the scene where he was spinning the gun on the garden table, and then he noticed the plant.
Haven't watched episode 11 yet, I'm saving myself for later on.

In my opinion the following scenario is probable:
Hank and Gomey are dead
Neo Nazis abduct Jesse and use his life as a bargaining chip to compel cook for them
Walt flees town and comes back as Mr Lambert
Epic showdown between Walts machine gun, air dispersed ricin?, and the neo nazis

gomie is going to die. It is still to early for hank to get killed. this may be why walt has to go into hiding for awhile and grow out his beard. The previews show his wife, skanklar, leaving messages trying to get a hold of him. Matt damon look-alike, Todd, should be shot also.
