Titan Controls Apollo 9 Timer issues

Hey, is anyone else having issues with their titan apollo 9 timers?

Both of mine are turning off when they're supposed to but in the last week I've had to switch them on manually. this sucks and can cause huge problems if I'm not around...

Just curious if anyone can recommend a more reliable timer (thought this one was great) or any trouble shooting tips would be awesome.

What are you powering with the timers?

I had been using the timer for flowering with my 1000w HPS ballast for a year with no issues, now coming to realize they have a short lifespan or they aren't meant to stand that much power?

It's not meant to be used with a ballast at all.
It evens says so on their site : http://www.titancontrols.net/products/timing/apollo-9.aspx

It's meant to be used with ballasts and it works flawlessly

Take a closer look, not to be used with digi/electronic ballasts.

I've been using the non digital version of that timer on my 1000w hps for some time now, with no issues.

Some folks here will tell you those timers aren't great for lights at all.

Best timers are Intermatics.
