I don't mean crossing strains together, but mixing dried strains to create a totally different high.

I'd love to mix satori, flo,& laughing buhda.
three great sativas, that would be awesome.

what would your mix be?

Salad joints are super cool, as has been said.

Some of the best smokes I ever had were mixes I made.
I think in the future proper cannabis blending will become an art.

And it's so much more reliable than crossing two strains to get a result.

Salad bowls are good. Truffle oil dabs are better. (hash butter center, rolled in hash oil, then vaporized to goodness)

I haven't but people I know have mixed stuff of mine together and they all seem to like the results!

We doit all the time. I find that while the high changes for the better, the taste usually blends into something blah.

I do like making "the trifecta", three blends of buds (lately been Purple Kush, Nebula and white Russian) ground up and mixed with hash and then rolled in a paper coated with oil.

Yumm!

I mix strains regularly. I've found some mix well, and some don't. Most of my experience is with Mandala genetics. Beyond the Brain mixed with Chill-Om is my 'holy grail' high - the attributes of each strain complement each other perfectly to create my ideal high. I've tried mixing other strains where the results are less enjoyable than either strain alone. It's definitely worth experimenting, and much easier than breeding crosses :)

i usually mix in weak crap that didn't turn out well with better strains so it gets used up. otherwise it will be jar'd forever.

i've tried all kinds of combos but nothing stands out in my mind.

I typically don't mix strains because I'm not crazy on the flavor (yet, I do want to try a Cheese and a Blueberry together, for example)... though I do agree with others that say it helps the high. Bc, well, there are 60 something cannabinoids right? Each strain has a different make up, so it seems the best way to get the fullest spectrum. But on that note, don't indicas and sativas tend to have opposite highs that pull you one way or the other?! I feel I'm either indica high or sativa high for the most part...so perhaps mixing within your desired species would be most productive.

Funny, I won't usually mix strains within the bowl...but ironically just today I filled the tube with some strawberry lemonade...and it's sipping quite nicely with the lemon flavored African Queen X Hash Plant I've got packed...

Dude...Are you chilling that bubbler on ice as if it were white wine or champagne?! BALLER
