About 16 inches above the tallest of the buds. I'd say about 18 inches above the general canopy.

THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!!!!

I'm such a dumbass. Hindsight is 20/20, as they say. I should have staked up all the branches. They've pretty much ALL flopped over, and when I tried to prop them up again, it all just got worse. I'm not even taking any pictures to show here, because looking at the plants the way they are makes me want to cry. I'm so MAD at myself!!!!!!

Any suggestions on how I should prop up these branches? The only thing I can think of to do is a combination of bamboo stakes for the center branches and wrapping the plants in chicken wire for the outer branches. I REALLY SHOULD HAVE PLANNED FOR THIS!!!!! I feel like it's all ruined now.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

Relax, go to walmart or a similar store ... hit the crafts section, pick up some wooden dowels and a pack or two of fuzzy sticks, aka pipe cleaners. Jam in soil and tie upper branches on. You'll be good to go in no time. Worked for me, tons of times.

You can create a web of them to support everything including the outer branching. Only pics I have are in my nycd x sd album if you want to see how I did it. Granted those plants were not as big as yours, but it should still work well.

Well It's not that bad! They flopped because there are heavy buds on the end of those branches. Did you run any silica? I would probably take a bunch of fan leaves off and try to level the canopy as much as possible.

It'll be OK. You just need to build a support lattice, work a little bondage on the girls.

Add some tape, twist ties, pipe cleaners, whatever- move out one of the plants temporarily so you can get in there & work.

You can handle it!

I went to the store and bought a bunch of bamboo garden stakes. As soon as the night cycle ended for the plants, I went to work staking. 5 hours later here is what it all looks like:

This at least gave me an opportunity to count how many colas there are in here, and I counted 62. These buds are all huge, too! They could easily average out to a good half ounce each. That means there just might be as much as 30 ounces here, which would be pretty badass.

I'm going to bed now...

Hush... with the save! Your wicked funny. Great job staking them heavy flowers.
You can also cut the stakes so they arent sticking up so high. I use my heavy duty trimming shears. Just incase you didnt want the stakes creating shadows or if you needed to put the lamp lower.

Thats a perfect range with air-cooled hoods. At a GPW, You should be able to pull 36 ounces.... 2 & 1/4 lbs. :woohoo:

That's a really good idea, actually. I was concerned about shadows, since the inside of the tent is now about 50% bamboo by volume, lol. :D

Do you think I could just use my side-cutters? I'm going to give it a shot tonight.
