Probably won't need the CFLs, mate. HPS kick fucken ass. Long ago I had a 250 watt HPS and would grow solid, single stemmed 18 inch donkey dicks.

Instead of placing CFLs here & there, place mini fans wherever you can (the 6 inch kind). My 250 was hot as hell so I can imagine a 600 would be 3 times as hot.

i'm thinking 1200hps, my miss's will kick me out if lecky bill is too high L.O.L.

Any rise in outdoor temp will raise the temp in your house, and so in your growroom too unless you have aircon(which still has to move the heat somewhere and looks a bit suss in November in these cold Rainy Islands) and are insulated to the very highest level. The lights will always make the growroom temp higher than the ambient temperature so the heat you throw out, will always be warmer than the outside air.
FLIR sees the difference in the temperature of things, so whether it is day or night, it will always see when something is hotter than everything else around it.
You just have to be careful about where you pump the air out.

Read some of this thread, but fans matter and other items such as a dehumidifier. Ya don't want moldy buds. It's about 8 cents a kwh here, so it's easy to do the math.

I cant remember to be honest, I use HPS 600w, but I seen some guy on here use this 7000$ LED it pretty much acts like a 600w but I still think the 600w HPS will make more bud and less leafy plants. I find leds give more leafy plants
