Book Reviews: Where to Put 'em

This one is a bit of an odd request, but whatever the case...

There seems to be no consistent place on ICM where we can exchange opinions on books with other ICM members.

No, I don't mean general interest reading books. Something like that could certainly go in the Hobbies General page.

What I am talking about is books on cannabis and cannabis related themes.

I've been reading a lot of these books lately with more on the way and some of them I think would be of great interest to ICM members. (eg. Smoke Signals, Heart of Dankness, Humboldt, Bud Inc.) However, there does not appear to be any real appropriate place that opinion can be shared and that information spread - or one where it could easily be found, too.

It's not like we are going to be on each other's Goodreads list. That's just not in the cards for a place like ICM.

Do give it some thought.

We have a review section, but it needs some attention.
I will be working on it soon, as we will be relaunching our dispensary guide, which is part of it.
So I could add a book/media review section.

That sounds fine to me!

If the thing seems to works out and then seems to gets "polluted" by non-cannabis book specific posts (and that appears to be a problem) then it is easy enough to split it into two forums.

And if not, then not. Worry about that bridge only after it is crossed.
