Hi,

I´m starting my first setup in a small dresser 56x37x120 cm, (approx 22x15x47 inches)
I have two auto strains and one that´s not. The two autos are “Short Rider” and some
old “Mini Swestar” (hybrid of Lowryder + White Russian) from an old attempt four years ago
and the non auto is AK48.

I´ll be growing in soil in 3,6 liter pots (1 gallon) with the use of gold labels nutrients and
a premixed soil that doesn´t need nutrients the first 3-4 weeks with a 200w CFL.
I have a 187m3/h outlet fan with a scrubber and a passive air intake. I also have a couple of
120mm (4,7inch) computer fans to stir the air and blow on the bulb and plants.

The temps when lights are on are around 28C (82,4F) and about 25C (77F) when off.
Humidity with no plants is about 30-40%.

Since this is my first run I don´t really care about the yield, the main thing I want out of this is experience.

So my plan is to try:

1 Mini Swestar
2 Short Rider
1 AK48

The thing i´m wondering about is about mixing the auto with non auto and if so weather to run 20/4, 18/6 or 12/12 from start.

Or should I maybe only have two bigger pots with one of each auto and try SCROG?

The two plants in the picture that are in there now was really just to try germination and have something in there until I get my real seeds in a couple of days :)

Youre going to have to run a 12/12 photoperiod for the reg to flower. Seems like a waste of the autoflower to me.

If youre going to run 12/12 from seed, why grow autos?

If youre going to run autos at 12/12, why autos?

I would grow 2 autos. Train them as the grow by bending & tying branches. I wouldn't do a SCROG, you're space isn't big enough for it to be efficient. Try a SCROG with the one reg plant after this run. Let it grow until it just fills out the screen before flowering.

SCROG's are just a training method used to spread the plant out to cover the light footprint. Since you have such a small space, just some strategic bending and tying would be just as effective and easier to manage.

good luck.

Thanks, yeah i guess i better run just the autos instead of also putting the AK48 in the mix. I´ll do some more reading on tying the plants down.
