Maxi has mag, I would start by not adding epsom and only add if needed. A lot of people only add it a few times over the course of an entire grow if they need it. Unless you are using RO, then of course you should add your micros. ( I would still try and run it with out to start )

That is just me though, I am a less is more kinda guy these days.

Everything out at my spot is growing along well .... battling w slugs n bugs but the been seems to keep the bugs at bay but slugs that's another story ..... gonna get some rough 60grit sand paper and make a barrier around the stem to hopefully keep them from climbing up ...... also gonna get a bit bag of d.e. and top dress

Just helping my plan of attack for next season w monsters in 2' x 12"dia swamp tubes .... tack sand paper around the to edge of the tubes and add d.e. to the coco with lava rock(sharp) mulching in top

The nl5h hasn't started to flower yet and she's about 16" tall w a few tops to her

I'm working with a few investors, but it ain't gunna be massive. The number of patients in our area just ain't high enough, it's all based on a point system per county. The REAL bullshit is the grandfather clause....... This first round of apps (2013) will be grandfathered in as retail locations when we get to vote on this in 2016 (21 and up legal)... Lawyers also been saying it sounds like there will atleast be a 3 year "exclusivity" period after 2016 when only the grandfathered facilities can operate. Most of the applications are pretty scaled down for the next few years, there is only 1 app in that is proposing a multi-million dollar facility... The others are between $100 grand and $500 grand (just about all have a designated farm tho, so they don't have to acquire land).

The hard fucking part is the 1/2 mil escrow..... Hard to keep someone on board with that kinda dough sitting in an untouchable account... And most of the investors up here with that kinda dough are fairly prominent and public republicans that are worried about blow back on other investments.... The lady with the multi million dollar proposal has an advisory board of 21 cops... LOL! I find that so fucking funny, and gross, these pigs are trying to get a piece of the pie BEFORE ANYONE ELSE.

So long story short, they ain't all gunna be bad my brothers, I can guarantee that.

Ok, glad you guys have essentially the same thoughts on that whole thing. I wouldn't mind a dispensary job though. Something just rubs me the wrong way when the people from CA make their way out here once they here 'MMJ' ya know.... Seems like too many people 'behind the scenes' are too informed and involved in this whole thing in its entirety in MA. Time will tell I suppose. I read somewhere today that the apps for dispensaries are due this week or something too.

Anyone in MA or nearby use or know where to find rice hulls?? Looking for an alternative to perlite for next year.

Good looking start vermontster, interested in that orange kyao, or king kong, deep chunk always has my attention. Sure you will find something good for sure. recently started about 35 seeds myself. You might wanna take that netting off those jiffy pellets in that baking pan. i know from experience that " sometimes " those nets can restrict the roots when you replant. Good to see you posting again...

I know your the best ones to ask about this.

I am running a test grow for CSG seeds. In their first week or two of 12/12. They have crossed ECSD x SSSDH. ojd told me that both of my ladies are ecsd leaning.

I'm growing in FFHF Soil and feeding maxibloom. Temps are 70*-79* F and Humidity is 50%-85%

Problem is they are suffering. One has wrinkle leaf, the other has spots on its leaves that are orange. I am begging for advice on what this plant needs in terms of light and nutrients.

At what stage are the leaves getting the spots? New growth....old.....randomly all over? Same goes for the wrinkle ....but IMO pic 1 looks like tip burn and pic 2 looks like cal def. I haven't grown out ecsd except for a few hybrids of her so there are other guys in hear w better experience but I do know she is a calmag whore .....can't get enough.

Need more info for the wrinkle .....when did it start how did it progress through the plant? Top to bottom? Bottom to top?

a real simple thing is wrapping a 10inch tall or so layer of tinfoil around the base. they dont like the tin foil when they walk over it. usually will force them to drop off an move on. you ever bite down on a piece of tinfoil??? weird electrical sensation. also done aluminum cans too. spread a thick layer of de arround the base to detour the other pests. b-safe

That leaf wrinkle is a deformity, you see it a lot in DJ Short gear. Most plants grow out of it, no worries, strictly genetic.
You need to get a scope/ magnifying glass to look for bugs. Also useful for determining when to cut.
