"Medical" Marijuana

Ok it has been dubbed "Medical" but what medical benefits it has? I know it's healthy for brain and other things but a lot of the information is scattered or not on internet. Is there a full list of all of the medical benefits it has?

A better question would be - what DOESN'T cannabis help alleviate. Imagine what we would find out if the government would ALLOW us to research it. We've come this far behind closed doors and in dark alleys...

I archived through many websites and none of them have a full list of everything it does. All of them have just bit and pieces not the full picture. Since it's only "legal
in 3 states that's nowhere near the us government there isn't a good resource to look at.
