Sam_Skunkman's dry sift method

C

Chamba

he probably was pressing hash under strong pressure and noticed oils being extruded on the pressing plate and then a light bulb appeared above his head, I remember reading in that thread that this guy mostly smokes just this stuff, one day when I have plenty of hash I'll try rosinating some it.

unscrupulous hash dealers have been doing something similar for years too, just like some cash croppers give their buds a light tumble before selling them....if there's money involved, there will always be a small percentage of scumbags who will try to do the wrong thing.

Gmar the country you mention agn, they say if you don't press it it will make you crazy, they normally bury the shirak for a year then put it under their saddle blankets so the warmth from the horse melts the crystals.
Mack yea I made the flat piece into a salami froze it and melted the end. Resin heads adhering is the 64000? No heat until pressing, 30-40 degrees until then. Pressed only with a travel iron and my hand no heavy pressure.

Sure wish this topic could be consolidated into a single thread. I'm getting dizzy despite having not yet learned the secret :D

Pretty sure i read about this rosan process being used in Roman times for essential oils.

Without solvents , difficulty in makeing a fine mesh /fabric or knowledge of distillation , its a reasonable way to produce Lavender oil and resin , looks like a small cauldron in brass with a curved blade/scraper to collect from the sides.

Poor yield compared to other methods i would think.

Hope all of IC can now rock some melty goodness made the proper way, ie no solvents.
2013 year of the melt.

Well let me say I will give Sam a while to chime in so I can figure out if he is up or down stream from the folks that taught me. The guy in KTM that introduced me to them is dead so I can't find a way to get in touch with them. Sam are you the prof?

I have no way to send you a PM, I tried. If it is my method and my ideas, please keep your promise to not divulge any of my private info. I am sure I know who may have told you some of my info, but he did not ever do the actual work to make 50%-99.9% with me, he never did it without me. He did help me make bulk farmers hash and he did help me smoke my cleaned up 50%-99.9% resin.
Make it so I can PM you, is this Nettleman?
And yes I created the 50% meaning 50% THC, then 99.9% resin heads only dry sift resin, it could be over 75% THC.

Well guys if I am doing Sam's method it looks like I will take the secret to the grave. We should know soon. On a more positive note i like to smoke my melt one hit at a time, that way everyone gets to have a hit full of the esters of the essence. Ester has left the room..
