Will interrupting the 18/6 cycle stress the plants?

Ok so we all know that interrupting the dark period in 12/12 will stress the plants and possibly make them go hermie.
Is this the same case for interrupting the dark period in 18/6?
I know i can use a green light but i am just curious.
Also...if i open the door during the 6 hr dark period and let some daylight into the room...will this also cause stress?

Ive done what your talking about soo many times and theyve been fine. It might not be the most ideal condition for the plant but they should be a ok

thanks guys. I too have done this many times but was just wondering if i was causing unnecessary stress that might be slowin down growth or takin a toll on yields.
